技术领域:本实用新型属家用型空气源热泵热水器结构技术领域。
背景技术:现有的储水型空气源热泵热水器通常为单胆承压水箱,在用户实际使用时水箱里的水因冷热水混水严重,难以适应和满足用户热水使用温度和热水使用量。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于克服现有的家用型空气源热泵热水器用单胆承压水箱时,用户的使用热水的温度和量得不到满足而提供一种节能、热水出量大的新型家用型空气源热泵热水器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
双胆式空气源热泵热水器,冷水补水管与二号承压水箱底部连接,热水出水管与一号承压水箱顶部连接,一号承压水箱和二号承压水箱通过水箱连接管连接;温度探头设置在二号承压水箱内;一号承压水箱与二号承压水箱内分别设置有一号水箱换热器和二号水箱换热器。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于本实用新型采用双胆承压水箱,将已加热好的热水分开在两个水箱,用户在使用热水时只从二号承压水箱进行补水,且主机的启动与停机只靠二号温度探头对二号水箱的水温进行检测来实现,这样一号水箱的水就会长期属于高温,能充分满足用户的热水热度和使用量。

具体实施方式:见图1,本实用新型冷水补水管与二号承压水箱11底部连接,热水出水管与一号承压水箱15顶部连接,一号承压水箱和二号承压水箱通过水箱连接管13连接;二号温度探头12设置在二号承压水箱15内;一号承压水箱15与二号承压水箱11内分别设置有一号水箱换热器16和二号水箱换热器10。
本实用新型制冷剂***工作方式为:主机20启动后,制冷剂经压缩机压缩成高温高压的过热蒸气,通过第一工质连接管18再流经分气管7进入双胆承压水箱的一号水箱换热器16与一号承压水箱15的水进行换热,再流入二号水箱换热器10与二号承压水箱11的水进行换热后,通过集液管8集液后流经第二工质连接管19依次进入主机20里的节流机构、蒸发器,最后再回到压缩机完成一次循环。
本实用新型水***工作方式为:当对一号承压水箱15和二号承压水箱11里的水加热到用户所设定的上限水温温度时,由于两个水箱的连接靠水箱连接管13实现,用户开始使用热水时,此时冷水管6始终与自来水管连接且保持连通并有一定的水压,热水将从一号承压水箱15顶部通过热水管17经热水出口1流出,与此同时,自来水将通过冷水进口2流经冷水管6进入二号承压水箱11完成补水。
本实用新型控制***工作方式为:主机20启动对一号承压水箱15和二号承压水箱11的水进行加热,当二号温度探头12检测到二号承压水箱11里的水为用户所设定的上限水温温度时,主机20停机,随着热水的使用冷水的补入,二号承压水箱11里的水温不断下降,当二号温度探头12检测到二号承压水箱11里的水为用户所设定的下限水温温度时,主机20再次启动完成一个控制循环。

1.双胆式空气源热泵热水器,包括主机(20)、第一工质连接管(18)、第二工质连接管(19)、由一号承压水箱(15)和二号承压水箱(11)组成的双胆承压水箱,其特征在于:冷水补水管与二号承压水箱(11)底部连接,热水出水管与一号承压水箱(15)顶部连接,一号承压水箱(15)和二号承压水箱(11)通过水箱连接管(13)连接;温度探头(12)设置在二号承压水箱(15)内;一号承压水箱(15)与二号承压水箱(11)内分别设置有一号水箱换热器(16)和二号水箱换热器(10)。
