背景技术
目前我国在建筑业、车船制造业、家具制造、包装和运输等行业都离不开木材、泥土砖和发泡聚乙烯材料,这些材料虽然各有自己的优点,也存在着各自的不足,如木材用作夹层充填材料,易变形,大量使用会浪费大量森林资源;泥土砖重量大,隔音差;发泡聚乙烯强度低等。现有的瓦楞纸芯在质量、强度方面都不够理想;抗压、抗折能力也较差;用料多,浪费材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在建筑业、车船制造业、家具制造、包装和运输等多种行业中替代木材、泥土砖,发泡聚乙烯等材料,并且具有承重大、抗压强度高、缓冲性好、隔音、保温、重量轻、不变形、成本低,应用面极广的E型瓦楞蜂窝纸芯。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种E型瓦楞蜂窝纸芯,包括E型瓦楞纸板,其特点是在E型瓦楞纸板的平面上设有折线孔,折线孔之间间隔的将相邻两个E型瓦楞纸板粘接在一起,构成连续的平行四边形的多个蜂窝。

实施例,参照附图,一种E型瓦楞蜂窝纸芯,包括E型瓦楞纸板1,其特点是在E型瓦楞纸板1的平面上设有折线孔4,折线孔4之间间隔的将相邻两个E型瓦楞纸板1粘接在一起,构成平行四边形的两个蜂窝2。E型瓦楞纸板1上还设有通气孔3,用以流通空气;设有折线孔4,是为了改变其平行四边形的蜂窝2的形状和E型瓦楞纸板1之间距离的大小,根据需要调节纸芯的长宽尺寸。E型瓦楞纸板1之间有规律的间断的粘接在一起,可折叠和拉伸。
该纸芯可以回收再利用,同时可节约大量的森林资源,保护和改善生态环境,有着极其广阔的发展应用前景。
