Abstract

一种带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板，涉及一种氧化铝熟料结窑、水泥窑扬料板结构的改进。
背景技术
在回转窑的运行过程中，窑尾扬料板起着提高热交换效率的作用。在回转窑运行中，由于窑尾湿法喂料易造成扬料板结疤，扬料板不能起到作用，造成回转窑热利用降低；同时由于结疤的产生，造成窑尾结圈，窑尾负压升，使回转窑操作困难，无法正常运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的不足，提供一种能有效防止和清除结疤，提高回转窑热利用率，稳定回转窑操作的带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板，其特征在于在扬料板上边部设有环扣链式击打链。

具体实施方式
一种带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板，在扬料板1上边部设有环扣链式击打链2；其环扣链式击打链由相扣联接的闭合的钢环组成，环扣链式击打链端头的钢环穿过设置在扬料板上边部的通孔而联接，环扣链式击打链另一端呈自由开放状态。
实施例
氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑，在扬料板上部两端开孔，环扣链式击打链端头的钢环穿过设置在扬料板上边部的通孔而联接，环扣链式击打链另一端呈自由开放状态；具有较好的活动性，链条长度在700-800mm左右，重量在15-20kg，有扬料板与窑筒体3连接方式为焊接；在回转窑运转过程中，环扣链式击打链做为除疤装置，能够灵活摆动，将结在扬料板上的结疤除掉，防止扬料板因被结疤包裹而失去扬料作用，以达到最佳热利用效果。

1.一种带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板，其特征在于在扬料板上边部设有环扣链式击打链。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自动除疤装置的回转窑扬料板，其特征在于所述的环扣链式击打链由相扣联接的闭合的钢环组成，环扣链式击打链端头的钢环穿过设置在扬料板上边部的通孔而联接，环扣链式击打链另一端呈自由开放状态。
