本实用新型公开了一种虹吸式太阳能进出水管排空装置,它是由保温外壳和竖向布置在保温外壳内的三通管组成,其中三通管的下端从水箱顶部***水箱底部,三通管的侧端连接进出水管路接口,三通管的上端安装一个逆止阀,逆止阀连接到溢水管路接口上。本实用新型利用虹吸原理实现了太阳能进出水管和溢水管中的水排空的目的,防止了冬天遇冷冻坏。处于楼外的水管免去了保温材料包裹,节省了保温材料。

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器。
背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器已经普及。由于大部分热水器的进出水管都用一根管,并安装在储水箱底部,所以管子中始终存有水,遇冷冻季节,处于楼外的水管容易结冰冻裂水管。尽管用保温材料包裹,但仍达不到满易效果。因此很需要一种将太阳能进出水管排空的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是为防止太阳能水管冬天冻裂,设计一种排空装置。这种排空装置,在上满水或用完水后,可以将进出水管中的水排空,达到防冻的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它是由保温外壳和竖向布置在保温外壳内的三通管组成,其中三通管的下端从水箱顶部***水箱底部,三通管的侧端连接进出水管路接口,三通管的上端安装一个逆止阀,逆止阀连接到溢水管路接口上。
下面结合本实用新型使用方法和工作原理说明其积极效果:使用时,通过进出水管路接口与室内进出水管和太阳能多用阀接通,溢水管路接口与室内溢水管接通,溢水管的出水口上连接上阀门。上水时,打开太阳能多用阀上水开关和溢水管阀门,自来水从储水箱顶部进入,如水箱灌满后顶开逆止阀,自来水从溢水管阀门溢出,这时人们关闭进水管停止上水。此时再打开太阳能多用阀放水开关,由于进出水管和溢水管是敞通的,所以进出水管和溢水管中的水即可放出进行排空。当用热水时,首先打开上水开关进水阀让进出水管进满水,再关闭溢水管阀门,使其封闭,再打开放水开关靠虹吸作用,热水源源不断流出。用完热水后,只要再打开溢水管阀门,进入空气,失去虹吸作用,进出水管和溢水管中的水即可排空,防止冬天遇冷冻坏。另外,处于楼外的水管免去了保温材料包裹,节省了保温材料。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式进一步说明本实用新型的结构。
如图1所示,本实用新型是由保温外壳1和竖向布置在在保温外壳1内的三通管3组成,三通管3的下端从水箱8顶部***水箱8底部,三通管3的侧端连接进出水管路接口5,三通管3的上端安装一个逆止阀2,逆止阀2连接到溢水管路接口4上。
使用时,通过进出水管路接口5与室内进出水管和太阳能多用阀7接通,溢水管路接口4与室内溢水管接通,溢水管的出水口上连接上溢水管阀门6。
