一种扁平式指纹采集器,属于指纹图像捕获识别技术领域,包括采集器壳体和置于其内纵截面为直角梯形的棱镜、透镜和图像传感器,透镜和图像传感器位于棱镜直腰面一侧,斜腰面制有反射镜面,其特征在于棱镜的上底面作为指纹采集面,棱镜直腰面近邻一黑色腔体,黑色腔体的另一侧为透镜和图像传感器。本实用新型简化棱镜制造工艺,减小棱镜的长度尺寸,降低指纹采集器整体尺寸,使采集器微型化,增强其机械强度,本实用新型可以将透镜的焦距设置为从外部可调,提高了便利性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于指纹图像捕获识别技术领域,具体涉及高清晰指纹采集器。
背景技术
目前的扁平式光学指纹采集器都属于暗背景的光路***,指纹采集面积小,清晰度低。为获得采集面积大,提高清晰度,中国发明专利CN101034437A通过在棱镜上涂黑面来吸收光线,以得到足够对比度的图像。
如附图1所示,现有技术中扁平式指纹采集器将棱镜的一面涂黑,通过涂黑面9来吸收光线,以得到足够对比度的图像。为制作出一段涂黑面来吸收光线,所以棱镜必须要达到一定的长度。导致指纹采集器尺寸较长,指纹采集器笨重,生产成本增加。
棱镜一般为玻璃材料,在其上面进行涂黑处理后可以得到有一定对比度的图像,但由于材料本身的特性,在现有的技术水平下却无法进一步的提高对比度,从而成为指纹采集期器设计的一大瓶颈。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轻质、清晰度好、机械强度更强、生产装配简单的扁平式指纹采集器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种扁平式指纹采集器,包括采集器壳体和置于其内纵截面为直角梯形的棱镜、透镜和图像传感器,透镜和图像传感器位于棱镜直腰面一侧,斜腰面制有反射镜面,其特征在于棱镜的上底面作为指纹采集面,棱镜直腰面近邻一黑色腔体,黑色腔体的另一侧为透镜和图像传感器。
进一步,黑色腔体的深度L大于棱镜高度的1/2。
优选方案是透镜置于一可相对纵向位移的套筒,透镜嵌设于透镜套筒中。如此设计透镜的焦距从外部可调,提高了便利性。
为便于加工,黑色腔体为采集器壳体的一部分,为采集器壳体的内壁涂有哑光黑色的一段。
所述黑色腔体的内侧布设数个凹坑或凸起。
所述黑色腔体的内侧为波纹面,或者为现有技术中常用于增强光线吸收的形状或者结构。
相比现有技术的扁平式指纹采集器,其有益效果为:
(1)棱镜省却涂黑面工艺,使其制造更为简单;
(2)减小棱镜的长度尺寸,在实验中达到同样的效果。黑色腔体可以缩短原黑漆层长度的2/3,相比现有技术降低指纹采集器整体尺寸,而同时改变了光路,使采集器微型化,采集器的微型化可以增强其机械强度。
(3)由黑色腔体来吸收光线,可得到比传统的指纹采集器对比度更高的图像,有利于提高成像质量,保证成像的清晰度和完整性。
(4)透镜透镜的焦距从外部可调,提高了便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本实用新型进行进一步说明,但并不将本实用新型限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本实用新型涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
实施例1
图1为现有技术的扁平式指纹采集器,由棱镜8、透镜5和光电检测器或者图像传感器7组成,棱镜8的下底面为黑漆面9,斜腰面1为反光镜面,其光路是,手指覆盖在棱镜上,其覆盖部分的光线通过棱镜反射到黑漆层,黑漆层再通过棱镜的反射到斜腰面1并通过透镜5和反射面6传送到图像传感器7。
如图2所示一种扁平式指纹采集器,由棱镜8、透镜5、cmos图像传感器7、反射面6以及黑色腔体L构成,并都安装在一个塑料盒体中,
棱镜8的纵截面为直角梯形、透镜和图像传感器位于棱镜直腰面一侧,斜腰面1制有反射镜面,棱镜的上底面作为指纹采集面2,棱镜直腰面近邻一黑色腔体,黑色腔体的深度L大于棱镜高度的1/2,配置在棱镜的直腰面和透镜5之间。即黑色腔体的另一侧为透镜5和图像传感器。透镜5置于一可相对外壳位移的套筒4,透镜嵌设于透镜套筒4中,透镜套筒的顶端露在塑料盒体外。
在实际应用过程中,人将手指放在棱镜上进行图像采集时时,手指覆盖在棱镜上,其覆盖部分的光线通过棱镜进行反射,并依次通过透镜和反射面传送到CMOS传感器。其他手指未覆盖到部分的光线通过棱镜反射后被黑色腔体所吸收。
在实际应用中,黑色腔体是属于指纹头壳体结构的一部分,内壁为哑光黑色,腔体深度L越大光线吸收效果越好,但整体体积也会变大。采用形状不规则(如波纹面)的腔体且深度大于1/2H(H为棱镜高度)就可得有效的吸收光线,得到比传统指纹采集器更加号的图像对比度,从而得到更好的指纹图像。
本实施例中透镜安装了可从指纹采集器外部进行移动的透镜套筒,在整体指纹安装完成后可以方便的进行焦距的调整,从而增加了生产过程的便利性。

Claims (6)

1.一种扁平式指纹采集器,包括采集器壳体和置于其内纵截面为直角梯形的棱镜(8)、透镜(5)和图像传感器(7),透镜和图像传感器位于棱镜直腰面一侧,斜腰面制有反射镜面(1),其特征在于棱镜的上底面作为指纹采集面(2),棱镜直腰面近邻一黑色腔体,黑色腔体的另一侧为透镜(5)和图像传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的扁平式指纹采集器,其特征在于,黑色腔体的深度L大于棱镜高度的1/2。
3.如权利要求2所述的扁平式指纹采集器,其特征在于透镜(5)置于一可位移的套筒(4),透镜嵌设于透镜套筒(4)中。
4.如权利要求2所述的扁平式指纹采集器,其特征在于黑色腔体为采集器壳体的内壁涂有哑光黑色的一段。
5.如权利要求2所述的扁平式指纹采集器,其特征在于黑色腔体的内侧布设数个凹坑或凸起。
6.如权利要求5所述的扁平式指纹采集器,其特征在于黑色腔体的内侧为波纹面。
