本实用新型属于煤气发生炉余热回收技术领域,具体涉及一种热管式高效换热器。
背景技术
在煤气炉的煤气净化冷却中会产生大量的热量,煤气炉的余热回收利用已在煤气站中得到广泛应用,但是余热设备的回收效率较低;一般选用的设备为管壳式换热器,换热器为光管式,由于产生的煤气温度高及煤气的洁净程度,这种换热管直径较大,厚壁管,传热系数较低,整台设备体积较大,重量大、成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种传热系数高的热管式换热器,该设备体积小、重量轻,成本低,且能产生低压蒸汽。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案:
一种热管式高效换热器,包括热管束、壳体,壳体内设有隔板,热管束安装在壳体内腔并横穿隔板,其特征是,所述热管束在壳体内倾斜设置。
所述隔板将壳体分割为两个不相通的腔室,分别称为冷端、热端,在冷端设有软化水进口、软化水出口,热端设有煤气进口和煤气出口。
与现有技术的光管式换热器相比,本实用新型的优点是:
1)传热系高、提高余热回收效率;
2)设备体积小、占地面积小;
3)降低设备投资;
4)能产生低压蒸汽;
5)热管采用倾斜设置,容易清洗换热器内的积尘。

如图1所示,一种热管式高效换热器,包括壳体1、热管束2,壳体1内设有隔板7,隔板7将壳体1内腔分割为两个不相通的腔室,分别称为冷端9、热端8,热管束2安装在壳体1内腔并横穿隔板7,热管束2是倾斜的;在冷端9设有软化水进口4、软化水出口3,热端8设有煤气进口5和煤气出口6。

1.一种热管式换热器,包括热管束、壳体,壳体内设有隔板,热管束安装在壳体内腔并横穿隔板,其特征是,所述热管束在壳体内倾斜设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热管式换热器,其特征是,隔板将壳体分割为两个不相通的腔室,分别称为冷端、热端,在冷端设有软化水进口、软化水出口,热端设有煤气进口和煤气出口。
