Abstract

微型流量控制器,所述的控制器包括:本体;补水槽:其均布在本体外周缘供水流通过;一组流量孔:其设置在本体上供水流通过;一组小凸柱:其设置在本体的底部,与补水槽配合控制流量变化;采用上述技术方案,本实用新型由于将微型流量器装入节水产品中,利用补水槽及凸柱对水压变化带来的变形控制水流量,达到稳定节水的效果。

微型流量控制器
技术领域:
本实用新型属于节水产品配件,涉及一种微型流量控制器,尤其是与一种在水压变化时仍能保持稳定流量的微型流量控制器有关。
背景技术:
随着社会能源资源特别是水力资源的日渐紧张,人们节能环保意识越来越强,节水产品被大众普遍接受,如节水起泡器等微型节水产品越来越被人们在日常生活中利用,但纵观现有的微型节能产品,其只能以改变流量的方式达到节能的效果,但无法使流量在随着水压的变化保持稳定的状态,节水效果不是非常明显。
实用新型内容:
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种微型流量控制器,其能保证流量在随着水压的变化达到一定值时,保证水压在一定范围内变化时,其流量保持稳定,能够有效的产生稳定节水的效果。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案为:
微型流量控制器,所述的控制器包括:
本体;
补水槽:其均布在本体外周缘供水流通过;
一组流量孔:其设置在本体上供水流通过;
一组小凸柱:其设置在本体的底部,与补水槽配合控制流量变化。
所述的本体为梅花形,补水槽为内弧形,均布在梅花形本体周缘。
所述的本体包括一圆柱状底座,底座向上颈缩形成一圆锥面,所述的流量孔设置在圆锥面上。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型由于将微型流量器装入节水产品中,利用补水槽及凸柱对水压变化带来的变形控制水流量,达到稳定节水的效果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1-图7所示,为本实用新型的实施例,微型流量控制器,所述的控制器包括:本体1;补水槽2:其均布在本体外周缘供水流通过;一组流量孔3:其设置在本体上供水流通过;一组小凸柱4:其设置在本体的底部,与补水槽配合控制流量变化。
在实际使用中,所述的本体可为圆形、方形或其它形状,如实施例中的梅花形,补水槽2为也可为方槽、弧槽或实施例中的内弧形槽等多种形状,其均布在梅花形本体周缘。
另外,为了保证流量更稳定,本体可为实施例中的形状,包括一圆柱状底座11,底座向上颈缩形成一圆锥面12,所述的流量孔3设置在圆锥面上。
使用时,将本实用新型安装到微型节水产品中,水流通过流量孔,利用补水槽及凸柱对水压变化带来的变形控制水流量,保证其在一定的压力范围内,压力的变化时保证流量的稳定,如图7所示的压力与流量变化内曲线图,从而达到稳定节水的效果。

1.微型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的控制器包括:
本体;
补水槽:其均布在本体外周缘供水流通过;
一组流量孔:其设置在本体上供水流通过;
一组小凸柱:其设置在本体的底部,与补水槽配合控制流量变化。
2.如权利要求1所述的微型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的本体为梅花形,补水槽为内弧形,均布在梅花形本体周缘。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的微型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的本体包括一圆柱状底座,底座向上颈缩形成一圆锥面,所述的流量孔设置在圆锥面上。
