本实用新型涉及到一种CPN碱泵,它是有泵体,泵叶,泵轴等部件所组成,通过在所述的CPN碱泵的后部设有轴承箱,且在轴承箱上开有调整螺栓和锁紧螺栓,轴承箱的内部嵌有耐高温轴承,耐高温轴承与泵轴采用过盈配合的方法,可以有效地调整叶轮与泵盖之间的间隙,使泵在运行时产生负压,从而有效的提高了机械密封的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,可以大幅度地降低企业成本。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及到化工行业上常用的泵,特别是涉及到一种用于输送具有一定腐蚀性的液体所使用的CPN碱泵。
背景技术:目前,化工行业上使用的CPN碱泵都是采用闭式叶轮,闭式叶轮不能输送有杂质的介质,比较容易造成堵塞,所以现在工业上采用前开式叶轮的碱泵较多,但前开式叶轮的回流较大,其效率也比较低,所以功率损耗比较大。这类输送腐蚀介质的泵,由于受腐蚀,经过一段时间的使用,效率会大大下降,经常需要更换新的配件,若腐蚀比较严重,还需要重新换泵,给企业造成很大的损失。所以该泵采用后半开式叶轮,效率不受影响,且叶轮与泵盖之间的间隙小,运行时产生负压,有效的提高了机械密封的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种能够调整轴向间隙机构的碱泵,可降低因输送腐蚀介质的磨损,对泵性能的影响。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,CPN碱泵是有泵体,泵叶,泵轴等部件所组成,其特征在于:所述的CPN碱泵的后部设有轴承箱,且在轴承箱上开有调整螺栓和锁紧螺栓,轴承箱的内部嵌有耐高温轴承,耐高温轴承与泵轴采用过盈配合。泵采用后半开式叶轮,效率不受影响,且叶轮与泵盖之间的间隙小,运行时产生负压,有效的提高了机械密封的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
在图1中,泵叶2采用后开式结构,可以输送有杂质的介质,泵轴6在电机的带动下高速运转,动力输送给泵叶2,达到输送介质的目的。具体实施时,CPN碱泵经过一段时间的运转,由于腐蚀的原因,泵叶2和密封盖3之间的间距加大,碱泵的效率不断下降,此时,可以通过调整轴向间隙机构,来提高碱泵的功率。方法是将锁紧螺栓9松开,把调整螺栓7顺时针方向旋转,调整螺栓7抵住泵体1,带动轴承箱8向后运动,由于轴承箱8内嵌有耐高温轴承,且耐高温轴承与泵轴6为过盈配合,从而带动泵轴6向后运动,也就是说,通过调整螺栓7,就可以将泵叶2向后移动,缩小泵叶2和密封盖3之间的距离,从而达到提高碱泵功率的目的。通过在轴承盖上设置的冷却液注入口4,将冷却液强制性地输送到轴承5内,可以有效地防止轴承5由于高温运转而带来的老化,疲劳等故障,提高碱泵的使用寿命。
