剪板机刀口前的工作台承接前道工序送来的已校平的板料，原来都是用铸铁加工而成的平台，发现在裁剪马口铁时经常容易擦伤马口铁表面的镀锡层，尤其是高锡层马口铁，从而造成产品合格率的降低。
发明内容
为解决上述的马口铁表面的镀锡层擦伤问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以防止马口铁表面的镀锡层擦伤的剪板机刀口前的工作台。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
剪板机刀口前的工作台，该工作台包括平台，平台上按进料的方向设置有两排小滚轮，滚轮的轮毂为尼龙材料，轮毂内装有轴承和轴，所述的轴固定在平台上。
本实用新型在平台安装了两排小滚轮，滚轮的轮毂是用尼龙材料制造，轮毂内装有轴承和轴，轴又被固定在平台上，使滚轮灵活、可靠；这样就改板料与平台的面接触由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦，使问题得到了解决。
