本实用新型涉及一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,在湿化瓶盖(7)上设有进向阻菌过滤器(6)、氧气连接管(5)、出向阻菌过滤器(10)以及出气管(11),其特征在于:瓶内导气管(8)的下端联接具有微孔的湿化器(9),氧气连接管(5)通过螺帽(4)或快换接头与压力调节器连接。本实用新型的优点在于所有部件均可快速装卸,可采用常规消毒法进行灭菌,从而有效地避免因压力调节器无法灭菌造成污染引起的交叉感染;有效地消减输氧噪音并且能够起到充分湿化的作用,能够有效地解决面罩式及鼻插管输氧方式过程中呼吸出的残留CO2回流污染问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,广泛适用于医疗机构临床治疗和保健氧疗的供氧输氧***中。
背景技术
目前国内浮标式氧气吸入器和输氧器(湿化瓶/潮化瓶)存在诸多的弊端,其在设计和材料选用方面存在固有缺陷;由于浮标式氧气吸入器难以整体消毒,其流量调节器与输氧器(湿化瓶/潮化瓶)的连接处因长期湿化的影响最易污染,极易引起交叉感染,而输氧器(湿化瓶/潮化瓶)难以有效解决医用氧气在湿化过程中进行阻菌、抑制氧气和湿化液的湿化污染;难以有效解决氧气输送过程中气泡破裂与湿化液及湿化瓶壁之间急剧撞击产生的明显的输氧噪音,其极易引发患者内分泌、心血管和听觉***的生理改变,形成负面的心理影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对浮标式氧气吸入器存在的上述弊端和缺陷,提供的一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,包括湿化瓶体及相连的湿化瓶盖,湿化瓶盖上设有进向阻菌过滤器、氧气连接管以及瓶内导气管,氧气连接管与瓶内导气管联通;湿化瓶盖上还设有出向阻菌过滤器以及出气管,出气管与湿化瓶体联通,其特征在于:瓶内导气管的下端联接由外壳、密封块组成的湿化器,所述外壳包括一端开口的筒体和带有进气孔并于筒体联通的连接管,密封块嵌入筒体内腔,在密封块与筒体内端面之间设有一段空腔与进气孔联通,在密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽与筒体空腔联通。
在上述基本技术方案的基础上,可以有一下更进一步的的技术方案:
密封块外侧嵌接密封环,密封环嵌入筒体内腔,在密封环、密封块与筒体内端面之间设有一段空腔与进气孔联通,在密封环以及密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽与筒体空腔联通。
另外,所述的氧气连接管通过螺帽与压力调节器连接或氧气连接管通过气动快速接头与压力调节器连接。在氧气源输入口处可根据需要增加氧气压力表和旋紧螺帽与单体氧气瓶连接或增加医院集中供氧的快速旋紧接头与医院集中供氧的床前插头连接使用。
本实用新型的压力调节器与氧气连接管的接法包括丝帽连接法和气动接头快速插接法,这样组件从氧气连接管或旋紧螺帽开始的以下所有部件均可快速装卸,可便采用常规消毒法进行灭菌,从而有效地避免因压力调节器无法灭菌造成污染引起的交叉感染;低噪音湿化器的氧气输出微孔采用半圆孔和三角孔两种方法,采用该设计方法可有效地消减输氧噪音并且能够起到充分湿化的作用,低噪音湿化器材料采用医用塑料/陶瓷/活性炭/沸石/无机高分子材料等微孔材料制成,确保环保无污染;低噪音湿化瓶独特的湿化瓶盖上部的斜向出口设计方式及与出向阻菌过滤器并联使用,能够有效地解决面罩式及鼻插管输氧方式过程中呼吸出的残留CO2回流污染问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明:
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实用新型提供的一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,包括湿化瓶体13及相连的湿化瓶盖7,湿化瓶盖7上设有进向阻菌过滤器6、氧气连接管5以及瓶内导气管8,氧气连接管5与瓶内导气管8联通;湿化瓶盖7上还设有出向阻菌过滤器10以及出气管11,出气管11与湿化瓶体13联通,上述结果均为已有技术范畴,本申请人在申请号为:200920171835.8,名称为:低噪音阻菌式输氧器的专利申请中均已披露。
参见图2、图3、图4所示,本实用新型的特征在于:瓶内导气管8的下端联接一个由外壳9a、密封块9d组成的湿化器9,所述外壳9a包括一端开口的筒体和带有进气孔并于筒体联通的连接管9b,密封块9d嵌入筒体内腔,在密封块端面设有支撑块9e与筒体内端面配合,使它们之间形成一段空腔9c并与进气孔联通。在密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽9f与筒体空腔9c联通。通气槽9f的横截面形状可以采用半圆形、三角形、矩形等。比如在密封块9d的外圆柱面上均匀布设60个通气槽9f,每个通气槽的半径R为0.1~0.2mm,因此形成通气微孔;这样,当输入的氧气进过湿化器,就形成细小密布的气泡,起到充分湿化作用并且输出的噪音十分微弱。另外湿化器可以采用的特定材料:医用塑料/陶瓷/活性炭/沸石/无机高分子材料等微孔材料制成,确保环保无污染。
由图1可以看出,所述的氧气连接管5通过螺帽4与压力保险阀3连接,压力保险阀3上环连接有医院常用的氧气源输入连接接头2、流量检测器1、压力调节阀12等。
另外,在氧气源输入口2处可根据需要增加氧气压力表和旋紧螺帽与单体氧气瓶连接或增加医院集中供氧的快速旋紧接头与医院集中供氧的床前插头连接使用。
实施例2:
主要结构同实施例一,不同点如图5、图6及图7所示,密封块9d外侧嵌接密封环9h,密封环嵌入筒体内腔,密封环、密封块的端面均设有支撑块9e、9n与筒体内端面配合,使它们之间设有一段空腔9b与进气孔联通,在密封环以及密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽9f与筒体空腔联通。
如密封环9h上均匀布设60个半径为0.1~0.15mm的三角形或圆形微孔通气槽9f;密封块9d上均匀布设50个半径为0.1~0.2mm的三角形或圆形微孔通气槽9f。这样,当输入的氧气进过湿化器,就形成细小密布的气泡,起到充分湿化作用并且输出的噪音十分微弱,由于湿化器采用的特定材料:医用塑料/陶瓷/活性炭/沸石/无机高分子材料等微孔材料制成,确保环保无污染。

1.一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,包括湿化瓶体(13)及相连的湿化瓶盖(7),湿化瓶盖(7)上设有进向阻菌过滤器(6)、氧气连接管(5)以及瓶内导气管(8),氧气连接管(5)与瓶内导气管(8)联通;湿化瓶盖(7)上还设有出向阻菌过滤器(10)以及出气管(11),出气管(11)与湿化瓶体(13)联通,其特征在于:瓶内导气管(8)的下端联接由外壳(9a)、密封块(9d)组成的湿化器(9),外壳(9a)包括一端开口的筒体和带有进气孔并于筒体联通的连接管(9b),密封块(9d)嵌入筒体内腔,在密封块与筒体内端面之间设有一段空腔(9c)与进气孔联通,在密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽(9f)与筒体空腔(9c)联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型浮标式低噪音阻菌输氧器,其特征在于:密封块(9d)外侧嵌接密封环(9h),密封环嵌入筒体内腔,在密封环、密封块与筒体内端面之间设有一段空腔(9b)与进气孔联通,在密封环以及密封块的外圆柱面上,分别均布设有一组通气槽(9f)与筒体空腔联通。
