光电热电复合型太阳能电池。包括一个箱形框架,框架上面固定有菲涅尔透镜,菲涅尔透镜下方是单晶硅光伏电池片,其特征在于框架中部固定一个金属导热板,单晶硅光伏电池片固定在金属导热板的上面,金属导热板下面固定热电模块。热电模块将热量转化为电能,热电模块的转换率可达到8%,这样就将太阳能电池的转化率提高了50%,降低了太阳能电池成本。可将多个本实用新型组成阵列,安装在一个可随太阳光转动的架子上,就构成了大型的太阳能光电转换器。

背景技术
太阳能光伏发电已是成熟技术,使用广泛,但太阳能光伏发电转换率不高,为提高转换效率,目前采用了菲涅尔透镜聚焦技术,将转化效率提高到17%左右,但仍不算理想,转换效率尚有提高空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种转换效率高的光电热电复合型太阳能电池,在菲涅尔透镜聚焦技术中,聚焦后的太阳能光斑还会在单晶硅光伏电池片上产生大量的热能,而这些热能白白损失掉,本实用新型的技术方案就是将这些热能转化成电能,如附图所示,包括一个箱形框架,框架上面固定有菲涅尔透镜,菲涅尔透镜下方是单晶硅光伏电池片,其特征在于框架中部固定一个金属导热板,单晶硅光伏电池片固定在金属导热板的上面,金属导热板下面固定热电模块。热电模块将热量转化为电能,热电模块的转换率可达到8%,这样就将太阳能电池的转化率提高了50%,降低了太阳能电池成本。可将多个本实用新型组成阵列,安装在一个可随太阳光转动的架子上,就构成了大型的太阳能光电转换器。

具体实施方式
采用边长600毫米的正方形菲涅尔透镜,20倍聚光效果,将形菲涅尔透镜固定在箱形框架的上面,箱形框架的中部固定一个铝板,单晶硅光伏电池片固定在铝板的上面,铝板的底面固定三碲化二铋热电模块,将单晶硅光伏电池片和三碲化二铋热电模块的电输出端接入框架下部的电能输出端子盒内。箱形框架四周及底部封闭,箱形框架上方由形菲涅尔透镜封闭,形菲涅尔透镜上覆盖有自洁玻璃。
