技术领域
本实用新型属于风力发电装置技术领域,尤其是大功率的风力发电机组。
技术背景
风力发电是目前比较经济和容易实现大规模商业化的可再生能源,又属绿色清洁能源。利用风力发电既可使风能自然资源造福于人类,又可减少对煤炭、石油等矿物燃料的消耗以及火力发电带来的粉尘、酸雨和温室效应等环境污染,有利于保护人类生存环境,是21世纪国际上科技开发的重点之一。可是从国内外现有的商业风力机组来看,无论是水平轴还是垂直轴风力发电机组,均将几十吨重的齿轮箱与发电机放置在机舱内或(并置于)塔筒顶端。齿轮箱和发电机放置在塔筒顶端,一方面使得整个发电机组重心偏高,稳定性差,塔筒支撑负载重,不得不选用厚钢板制造,造成风力发电机组制造成本非常昂贵;另一方面,齿轮箱及发电机在进行年度维护与保养时,须将整个转动部分吊装到地面进行维护保养,使得发电机组维护成本高,时间长,导致总发电量减少。中国专利文献公开了“下置发电机风力机”(授权公告号:CN 101230833A),所描述的发电机为适合海洋浮解风力机群,该风力机是以省掉机舱和齿轮箱,来实现“下置式”。增速齿(大齿圈)采用聚合物基复合材料制成,依靠拼粘和用螺钉紧固,传递动力所采用铝基硼纤维制成竖管,而非高强度钢构件,因此该发明仅仅适合小功率发电机组,无法应用于兆瓦级的大功率风力发电机组。此外,该风力机主轴固定,纯粹依靠浮解自转来调整风向,风电转化效率低;叶片固定时不具备变桨功能,遭遇海面强风时,整个风力机受力增大,增大了机组损坏的可能性,使安全可靠性降低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种大功率风力发电装置,具有制造成本低、重心低、运行平稳安全、安装成本低、维护方便、单机容量易于增大、可靠的特点。
解决本实用新型的技术问题所采用的方案是:塔筒顶部风轮的转轴通过一系列分段组合传动轴或柔性传动机构延伸连接到塔筒底部基础上的齿轮箱和发电机。
本实用新型所述的风轮的叶片材料采用金属蜂窝板、高分子有机材料或普通金属板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将发电机与减速箱放置在塔筒底端、通过一系列分段组合传动轴或柔性传动机构将由风轮产生的机械能传递到齿轮箱后再传递给发电机,这一改进的技术方案将风力发电机组的重心由塔筒顶端降低到塔筒底端,在保持原来安全等级的前提下,可简化塔筒设计,减少塔筒钢板厚度,使整体制造成本大大降低,运行更加稳定安全;另一方面将发电机和齿轮箱放置在塔筒底端,整个维护与保养的工作均在近地面操作,无须将整个转动部分吊下来进行维护,既保证了维护维修的质量,又降低了风电机组维修成本;其三就是将发电机和齿轮箱放置在塔筒底端后,使得更大容量的风力发电机组的设计与制造将更容易实现。

具体实施方式
参见图1~3,本发电机的风轮1通过轴承安装在塔筒5的顶部,风轮1的转轴通过一系列分段的组合传动轴4(也可采用常用的机械柔性传动机构,如链式传动,钢绳传动等)延伸连接到塔筒5底部,各组合传动轴4之间通过十字联轴节相互连接,从而使各轴之间连接很方便,无需很高的加工和安装精度,末级组合传动轴4与塔筒5底部基础6上固定安装的齿轮箱3和发电机2连接。风轮1的叶片7的材料可采用金属蜂窝板、高分子有机材料或普通金属板,以选择重量轻、强度高的金属蜂窝板效果最好。

2.按权利要求1所述的大功率风力发电机,其特征是:风轮的叶片材料采用金属蜂窝板、高分子有机材料或普通金属板。
