Abstract

本实用新型提供一种屋顶绿化用过滤保水毯,采用缝编线连接的上、下面层无纺布的之间装有厚薄均匀的废旧布料纤维基体,构成可卷曲的过滤保水毯。本实用新型用在泄水层和种植层之间,替代传统的过滤层,既能防止土壤流失,又可以保持一些水分,供干旱时植物使用。本实用新型利用废旧布料,实现了资源的循环利用,具有成本低廉、施工方便、有利环境保护的显著特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种屋顶绿化用材料,具体的说是一种利用废旧布料生产的过滤保水毯。
技术背景
绿化屋顶的结构一般为结构层、防水层、泄水层、过滤层、种植层以及其上的植被。现有的技术中,泄水层一般使用散体材料,如碎石、浮石、陶粒等,其目的是为了排除下大雨时屋顶过多的积水,利于屋面防水和隔热。最近,也出现塑料过滤板代替传统泄水层;过滤层使用薄层纺织产品,作用是过滤种植层细颗粒物质,防止土壤流失;受结构承载能力限制,种植层厚度一般小于15cm,只能保持很少的水分,不利于植物抗旱。目前的屋顶绿化技术没有很好地解决抗旱问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种利用废旧布料生产的过滤保水毯,用在泄水层和种植层之间,替代传统的过滤层,既能防止土壤流失,又可以保持一些水分,供干旱时植物使用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种屋顶绿化用过滤保水毯,采用缝编线连接的上、下面层无纺布的之间装有废旧布料纤维基体,构成可卷曲的过滤保水毯。
本实用新型利用城市大量产生的废旧布料作为主要的原材料,实现的资源的循环利用,废旧布料要经过碎布机加工,打碎成纤维。通过调节废旧布料的成分,可以达到让过滤保水毯有不同的使用寿命和吸水能力。棉布含量高时,吸水能力大,寿命短;化纤含量高时,吸水能力小,寿命长。
本实用新型结构简单、原料充足、加工方便、价格便宜。

具体实施方式
图1实施例所示:采用缝编线3上下连接的上、下面层无纺布1的之间装有厚薄均匀的废旧布料纤维基体2,由此构成可卷曲的过滤保水毯4。
由上、下层无纺布1和废旧布料纤维基体2组合而成的可卷曲的过滤保水毯4,其厚度为4-30mm,长、宽尺寸是2~5m×1~3m。
图2所示:屋顶结构层5上有防水层6,防水层6上设置塑料保水泄水板7,上面铺设过滤保水毯4,其上为种植层8和植被9。
图3所示:屋顶结构层5上有防水层6,防水层6上设置大颗粒材料组成的泄水层10,上面铺设过滤保水毯4,其上为种植层8和植被9.
下雨时,过滤保水毯4可以截留被下渗的雨水带来的种植层8的土壤,同时吸收部分雨水,天晴时,吸收雨水通过毛细作用上升到种植层,供植物吸收。
