本实用新型涉及一种模具,尤其涉及一种压制模具。
背景技术
摩擦离合器的摩擦片包括摩擦层、骨架。一般是将摩擦层材料预压成毛坯,与处理后的骨架放入热压成型模中压制成型,之后进行机械加工、打磨等后期处理。
现有技术中的热压成型模至少存在以下缺点:
结构复杂、生产效率低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、生产效率高的压制模具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型的压制模具,包括上模部分和下模部分,所述上模部分包括上模板,所述上模板的下方固定有上固定板,所述上固定板固定有多个设有芯孔的上模头;
所述下模板的上方固定有下固定板,所述下固定板的上方固定有下模框,所述下模框对应于每个所述上模头的部位分别设有下模腔,所述下模腔的中部对应于所述上模头的芯孔的部位设有中心轴;
所述下模板的下方活动设有推板和顶杆推板,所述顶杆推板上对应于所述下模腔的部位设有顶杆,所述顶杆穿过所述下模板和下固定板伸入到所述下模腔中。
由上述本实用新型提供的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型所述的压制模具,由于包括上模部分和下模部分,上模部分包括上模板,上模板的下方固定有上固定板,上固定板固定有多个设有芯孔的上模头;下模板的上方固定有下固定板,下固定板的上方固定有下模框,下模框对应于每个上模头的部位分别设有下模腔,下模腔的中部对应于上模头的芯孔的部位设有中心轴;下模板的下方活动设有推板和顶杆推板,顶杆推板上对应于下模腔的部位设有顶杆,顶杆穿过下模板和下固定板伸入到下模腔中。可以将毛坯和铝芯放入下模腔中,上模部分下行压制产品,压制完成后,抬起上模部分,之后点动顶出顶杆,取出产品,结构简单、生产效率高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的压制模具,其较佳的具体实施方式如图1、图2所示,包括上模部分和下模部分,其中:
上模部分包括上模板10,上模板10的下方固定有上固定板8,上固定板8固定有多个设有芯孔的上模头12;
下模板3的上方固定有下固定板6,下固定板6的上方固定有下模框7,下模框7对应于每个上模头12的部位分别设有下模腔,下模腔的中部对应于上模头12的芯孔的部位设有中心轴16;
下模板3的下方活动设有推板17和顶杆推板18,顶杆推板18上对应于下模腔的部位设有顶杆13,顶杆13穿过下模板3和下固定板6伸入到下模腔中。
具体可以包括下底板1,下底板1的四角分别设有下垫脚2,下模板3固定在下垫脚2上,推板17和顶杆推板18设于下模板3与下底板1及下垫脚2构成的空间内。
上模板10的四角与下模板3的四角之间可以分别设有导向柱。
上模头12和下模腔及其中心轴16可以分别有4至8个,如分别有6个等。
下模腔的四周可以设有加热管,并可以配有自动温控***;下模腔的底部可以设有托料环15;下模腔的侧壁可以设有下模腔镶件14。
上模板10与上固定板8之间可以设有上垫板9和石棉垫11;下模板3与下固定板6之间可以设有下垫板5和石棉垫4。
本实用新型的具体实施例中,压制模具设计成六腔单层,可以将毛坯和铝芯放入下模腔中,上模部分下行压制产品,压制完成后,抬起上模部分,之后点动顶出顶杆,取出产品,结构简单、生产效率高。
具体的工作原理如下:
1、压制过程,如图3所示:
压制过程中,上模头12向下移动,上模头12与中心轴16合模,实现铝芯片19压制过程。
2、出模过程,如图4所示:
出模过程中,上模头12抬起,在压机顶出杆作用下,推板17及顶杆推板18向上顶起,顶杆13将托料环15向上托起,从而实现铝芯片19脱模过程。

1.一种压制模具,包括上模部分和下模部分,其特征在于,所述上模部分包括上模板,所述上模板的下方固定有上固定板,所述上固定板固定有多个设有芯孔的上模头;
所述下模板的上方固定有下固定板,所述下固定板的上方固定有下模框,所述下模框对应于每个所述上模头的部位分别设有下模腔,所述下模腔的中部对应于所述上模头的芯孔的部位设有中心轴;
所述下模板的下方活动设有推板和顶杆推板,所述顶杆推板上对应于所述下模腔的部位设有顶杆,所述顶杆穿过所述下模板和下固定板伸入到所述下模腔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,包括下底板,所述下底板的四角分别设有下垫脚,所述下模板固定在所述下垫脚上,所述推板和顶杆推板设于所述下模板与所述下底板及下垫脚构成的空间内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述上模板的四角与所述下模板的四角之间分别设有导向柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述上模头和下模腔及其中心轴分别有4至8个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述上模头和下模腔及其中心轴分别有6个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述下模腔的四周设有加热管,并配有自动温控***。
7.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述下模腔的底部设有托料环。
8.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述下模腔的侧壁设有下模腔镶件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的压制模具,其特征在于,所述上模板与所述上固定板之间设有上垫板和石棉垫;所述下模板与所述下固定板之间设有下垫板和石棉垫。
