为了克服现有的电池连接装配效率低的不足,本实用新型提供了一种电池连接装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电池连接装置,包括蓄电池、铝连接片和铜铆接销,蓄电池间通过铝连接片连接,铝连接片通过连接母柱和蓄电池连接,铝连接片和弹性柱铆接在一起,连接母柱一端通过铜铆接销和蓄电池固定连接,另一端通过弹性柱和铝连接片固定连接。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括蓄电池的个数为两个或两个以上。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括连接母柱上设有台阶止口。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括弹性柱具有弹性且可以收缩。
本实用新型的有益效果是:使用弹性柱,消除了不同的人的装配力度不一样导致铜铆接销松动的影响。由于取消了螺栓连接,因此改进的连接母柱取消了螺纹,增设了台阶止口,装配过程中省时省力,提高了装配效率。这种连接装置使得蓄电池之间的连接操作方便、灵活,安全可靠。

在连接数量较多的车用蓄电池1时,只需两两之间的蓄电池1通过这种电池连接装置进行连接。将改进后的连接母柱2通过铜铆接销4固定在蓄电池1上,将弹性柱5置于连接母柱2上,弹性柱5和铝连接片3之间铆接在一起。通过这种连接装置连接的蓄电池1装配过程中省时省力,提高了装配效率,且操作方便、灵活,安全可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电池连接装置,其特征是,蓄电池(1)的个数为两个或两个以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池连接装置,其特征是,连接母柱(2)上设有台阶止口。
