Abstract
快速更换的过滤网板由档圈、过滤网、过滤网板、网板支座构成，过滤网板外缘为具有退拔结构的锥度体，过滤网板安装在支座上。支座的口部设有密封圈。过滤网板与支座的中空腔体均具有锥度且两者的相匹配，有利于过滤网板的优良密封且容易更换过滤网、网板。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料加工设备。
二、背景技术
塑料挤出加工时螺杆口进料处需加过滤网制成的过滤器，吹膜设备在吹膜时对粒料的无杂度要求更高。以往过滤网板普遍采用圆柱体结构，在生产过程中圆柱体网板周边常被塑料填满很难拆卸，因此通常只能采用取停机更换过滤网后继续使用，由于塑料在换网过程中受热时间过长而影响产品品质。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出快速更换过滤网板，尤其是一种清洁、无需停机更换过滤网板。
本实用新型的技术方案是：快速更换的过滤网板由档圈、过滤网、过滤网板、网板支座构成，过滤网板外缘为具有退拔结构的锥度体，过滤网板安装在支座上。支座的口部设有密封圈。
本实用新型的效果是：具有锥度空腔孔的支座与锥度体过滤网板的大小头尺寸相匹配，因外缘圆锥度体具有退拔功能有利于过滤网板的优良密封且容易更换过滤网和过滤网板。

五、具体实施方式
塑料加工时对进料处设有过滤网板，此过滤网板安装在挤出口，过滤网板的支座5上设有密封圈1，密封圈可采用聚四氟乙烯构成，外缘为锥度的网板2安装在支座上。
外缘为锥度体过滤网板2包括过滤网档圈3、滤网4和限位密封圈1构成。采用本实用新型可以快速更换过滤网，网板且强度和密封性能更好，产品品质得以大幅提升。过滤网板与支座的中空腔体均具有锥度且两者的相匹配，有利于过滤网板的优良密封且容易更换过网板。也可以单独更换滤网。

1.快速更换的过滤网板装置，其特征是由档圈、过滤网、过滤网板、网板支座构成，过滤网板外缘为具有退拔结构的锥度体，过滤网板安装在支座上，支座的口部设有密封圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速更换的过滤网板，其特征是过滤网板与支座设有的中空腔体均具有锥度且两者的相匹配，有利于过滤网板的优良密封且容易更换过滤网、网板。
3.如权利要求1所述的快速更换的过滤网板，其特征是在过滤网板锥面上有限位密封圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的快速更换的过滤网板，其特征是过滤网的前端设有密封档圈。
