【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种高速电连接器的屏蔽片的结构。
【背景技术】
美国专利商标局于2001年10月9日公告的第6,299,483号专利揭示了一种电连接器,该电连接器可安装于一电路板上,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、呈矩阵排列安装于绝缘本体的若干端子、以及收容于该绝缘本体并分别平行设置于各排端子之间的若干屏蔽片,所述绝缘本体设有基座,该基座设有可安装于电路板的下表面、以及与下表面相反的上表面,所述若干屏蔽片自上表面垂直***到绝缘本体。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可实现良好的屏蔽效果、且整体组装稳固的电连接器。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通以下技术方案实现的:一种电连接器,可安装于一电路板上,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、呈矩阵排列安装于绝缘本体的若干端子、以及收容于该绝缘本体并分别平行设置于各排端子之间的若干屏蔽片,所述绝缘本体设有基座,该基座设有可安装于电路板的下表面、以及与下表面相反的上表面,所述若干屏蔽片自上表面垂直***到绝缘本体,所述电连接器还包括自下表面垂直***绝缘本体的连接件,该连接件垂直所述若干屏蔽片设置,并将该等屏蔽片连接在一起。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器的屏蔽片通过连接件连接在一起,使得该等屏蔽片达到良好的屏蔽效果。同时使得电连接器的整体组装稳固。

【具体实施方式】
图1至图7揭示了符合本实用新型的电连接器1。请参阅图1和图2,电连接器1安装于一电路板(未图示)上,其包括绝缘本体10、呈矩阵排列收容于该绝缘本体10的若干端子20、成排收容于该绝缘本体10的若干屏蔽片30、及将该等屏蔽片30连接在一起的连接件40。
请参阅图2至图4,绝缘本体10大致呈桥状,其设有基座11及设置于该基座11上的两平行的侧壁12、13。该两侧壁12、13及基座11共同形成与一对接电连接器(未图示)配合的对接槽100。所述基座11设有上、下表面111、112,上表面111设置于对接槽100内,下表面112为该电连接器1与电路板的配合面。该绝缘本体10设有贯穿基座11的上、下表面111、112的若干端子孔113及与端子孔113间隔排布的若干安装孔114,所述端子20***到该端子孔113内;所述屏蔽片30***到该安装孔114内。绝缘本体10在其基座11的一端缘还设有开槽115,用以安装一屏蔽片30。绝缘本体10还设有收容槽116,该收容槽116包括自上表面111凹陷的第一收容槽117及贯通上、下表面111、112的第二收容槽118。该第一收容槽117与第二收容槽118部分相贯通。绝缘本体10在基座11的下表面112设有纵长的狭槽119,该狭槽119与第二收容槽118部分相贯通。所述连接件40自下表面112***到该狭槽119内。
请参阅图2,所述端子20为针状,其包括若干成对的差分信号端子20,所述端子20各设有***基座11的端子孔113的中间部21、自中间部21延伸出上表面111的对接部22、及自中间部21延伸出下表面112的连接部23。所述对接部22设置于对接槽100中以与对接电连接器的端子(未图示)相配合。连接部23安装于电路板上。
请参阅图3至图7,若干屏蔽片30成排收容于绝缘本体10,该等屏蔽片30分别平行设置于各排端子20之间,其中一屏蔽片30设置在绝缘本体10的基座11的一端缘。该等屏蔽片30各设有收容于对接槽100的主体部31、设置于主体部31的下端缘的凸片32及安装部33。该主体部31自绝缘本体10的一侧壁12延伸至另一侧壁13,且具有一定的高度以将相邻排的端子20的对接部22隔离。其中,主体部31设有若干弹片311,该等弹片311用以与对接电连接器的屏蔽片(未图示)相接触。所述凸片32自该屏蔽片30向相邻的屏蔽片30凸伸,该凸片32设有垂直主体部31的第一部分321及平行主体部31的第二部分322。该第一部分321收容于第一收容槽116内,该第二部分322***到第二收容槽117内。凸片32向相邻的屏蔽片30凸伸,使得其中一屏蔽片30可设置在基座11的边缘,连接件40可设置在远离基座11边缘的一定距离处与凸片32相接触。由此可以缩小绝缘本体10的长度,进而节省了电连接器1在电路板上的占用空间。所述安装部33设有凸块331以与安装孔114干涉配合。所述主体部31和安装部33处于同一平面,所述凸片32的第二部分322以与第一部分321的长度相等的距离远离前述平面。
请参阅图2,连接件40垂直所述若干屏蔽片30,该连接件40设有条形基部41及设置于该条形基部41的若干接地脚42。所述条形基部41收容于绝缘本体10的狭槽118内。连接件40在其条形基部41设有缺口410,所述各屏蔽片30的凸片32的第二部分322垂直条形基部41卡入对应的缺口410内。所述若干接地脚42用于安装在一电路板上,所述屏蔽片30通过该连接件40的接地脚42与前述电路板上的接地线路连接。各接地脚42设置在相邻的两对差分信号端子20之间,并且该接地脚42与该两对差分信号端子20的安装部23同排设置。另,根据需要,可设置多个连接件40将屏蔽片30呈网状连接在一起。
电连接器1将设于绝缘本体10的若干屏蔽片30通过连接件40连接在一起,可达到更好的屏蔽效果。同时使得电连接器1的整体组装稳固。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,可安装于一电路板上,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、呈矩阵排列安装于绝缘本体的若干端子、以及收容于该绝缘本体并分别平行设置于各排端子之间的若干屏蔽片,所述绝缘本体设有基座,该基座设有可安装于电路板的下表面、以及与下表面相反的上表面,所述若干屏蔽片自上表面垂直***到绝缘本体,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括自下表面垂直***绝缘本体的连接件,该连接件垂直所述若干屏蔽片设置,并将该等屏蔽片连接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接件设有条形基部及设置于该条形基部的若干接地脚,该等接地脚用于安装在一电路板上,所述若干屏蔽片通过该连接件的接地脚与所述电路板连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干屏蔽片各设有向相邻屏蔽片凸伸的凸片,所述连接件与该凸片相连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接件在其基部设有缺口,所述凸片卡入所述缺口内。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有贯穿基座的上、下表面的收容槽,该收容槽包括自上表面凹陷的第一收容槽及贯通上、下表面的第二收容槽,该第一收容槽与第二收容槽部分贯通,所述屏蔽片的凸片设有平行所述基座的下表面的第一部分及垂直该下表面的第二部分,其中第一部分收容于第一收容槽内,第二部分收容于第二收容槽内。
6.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还设有两平行的侧壁,该两侧壁及基座共同形成与一对接电连接器配合的对接槽,所述若干屏蔽片各设有收容于对接槽的主体部,该主体部自绝缘本体的一侧壁延伸至另一侧壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽片的主体部还设有若干弹片,该等弹片可与对接电连接器的屏蔽片相接触。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽片设有自其主体部向基座的下表面延伸的安装部,该基座设有贯穿其上、下表面的安装孔,所述安装部与安装孔配合。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干端子包括若干成对的差分信号端子,其各设有嵌入所述基座的中间部、自中间部延伸出上表面并收容于对接槽的对接部、及自中间部延伸出下表面的安装部。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体在所述基座的下表面设有纵长的狭槽,所述连接件的条形基部收容于该狭槽内,该连接件的接地脚设置在相邻的两对差分信号端子之间,并且该接地脚与该两对差分信号端子的安装部同排设置。
