本实用新型的目的是克服普通矿用监控电缆的不足,提供一种具有防白蚁、防鼠啮耐热指数大,抗干扰性能强的防鼠啮防白蚁耐温型矿用监控电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种防鼠啮防白蚁耐温型矿用监控电缆,包括四组缆芯,每组缆芯分别由镀锡铜丝导体和挤包在导体外周的环保型聚合物绝缘层构成,在四组缆芯的外周绕包玻璃丝带绕包层,在四组缆芯与玻璃丝带绕包层之间设有玻璃丝带填充层,玻璃丝带绕包层的外周设有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层的外周挤包环保型聚合物护套。
本实用新型通过以上设计,护套与缆芯的绝缘层采用环保型聚合物,具有防白蚁、防鼠啮耐热指数大。屏蔽层采用镀锡铜丝编织,屏蔽效果好,抗干扰性能强。为了使电缆更加圆整和稳定,四组缆芯与玻璃丝带绕包层之间设有玻璃丝带填充层,并且增加了电缆的抗拉性,本实用新型能适应各种恶劣环境。

如图1所示,一种防鼠啮防白蚁耐温型矿用监控电缆,包括至少四组缆芯1,在四组缆芯1的外周绕包玻璃丝带绕包层3,四组缆芯1与玻璃丝带绕包层3之间填充玻璃丝带填充层2,玻璃丝带绕包层3的外周设有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层4,镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层4的外周挤包环保型聚合物护套5。
每组缆芯1分别由镀锡铜丝导体1-1和挤包在导体1-1外周的环保型聚合物绝缘层1-2构成。

1、一种防鼠啮防白蚁耐温型矿用监控电缆,其特征在于:包括四组缆芯,每组缆芯分别由镀锡铜丝导体和挤包在导体外周的环保型聚合物绝缘层构成,在四组缆芯的外周绕包玻璃丝带绕包层,在四组缆芯与玻璃丝带绕包层之间设有玻璃丝带填充层,玻璃丝带绕包层的外周设有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层的外周挤包环保型聚合物护套。
