本实用新型涉及一种拨汽轮机螺栓时的加热器,特别涉及一种汽轮机螺栓感应电加热器。
背景技术
由于汽轮机长期处于高温高压的运行环境,汽轮机螺栓与汽轮机的结合非常紧密。当需要拨出螺栓时,必须将螺栓加热到一定温度,才能拨出。
现有的电加热器采用电阻丝加热的方法,存在加热慢,易于损坏,热效率低的缺点。传统电加热器使用电阻丝作为热源,外部以钢管作为护套,中间填加石英砂作为导热绝缘物,相当部分的热量被浪费在石英砂上用于克服石英砂所形成的热阻,所以加热效率和速度不高。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种加热快,不易损坏,热效率高的汽轮机螺栓感应电加热器。
本实用新型是通过以下措施来实现的:
本实用新型的汽轮机螺栓感应电加热器,是由感应电源和圆柱形的空心铜导体组成,空心铜导体分为进水通道和出水通道,进水通道与出水通道之间为隔板;空心铜导体的一端封闭,一端开口,位于封闭端的进水通道与出水通道相连通;空心铜导体的外径小于螺栓的内孔直径,空心铜导体的长度大于螺栓内孔的长度。
本实用新型的汽轮机螺栓感应电加热器,所述的感应电源带有感应淬火变压器,空心铜导体可以产生感应交变磁场,中频交变磁场在螺栓上激发出中频涡流电场,产生涡流电流,涡流电流产生焦耳热,迅速加热汽轮机螺栓,然后用螺栓拨出器将螺栓拨出。进水通道和出水通道通有冷却水,可以冷却空心铜导体。
本实用新型的有益效果是,具有加热快,不易损坏,热效率高的优点。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作具体的说明。
如图1所示,为本实用新型的空心铜导体的结构示意图,空心铜导体1内具有进水通道2、出水通道3和隔板4,空心铜导体的外径略小于螺栓的内孔直径,空心铜导体的长度略大于螺栓内孔的长度。
上述空心铜导体的加工方法为:将两个横截面呈半圆形的中空的铜导体平行对接,焊接为一体,然后用封头将一端封闭,另一端开口。
空心铜导体与感应电源相连,进水通道和出水通道与冷却水相连。
感应电源带有感应淬火变压器,其功率为5-10KW,频率为10-20kHz,电压为400V。通电后,1-3分钟可以将汽轮机螺栓加热至400℃。其原理为感应加热原理,中频交变磁场在螺栓上激发出中频涡流电场,产生涡流电流,螺栓为钢制,有电阻,涡流电流产生焦耳热。这样,加热功率直接作用于螺栓上,避免了传统电阻加热的中间传热过程。从而具有高效率、高功率密度的特点。

1.一种汽轮机螺栓感应电加热器,其特征在于:是由感应电源和圆柱形的空心铜导体组成,空心铜导体分为进水通道和出水通道,进水通道与出水通道之间为隔板;空心铜导体的一端封闭,一端开口,位于封闭端的进水通道与出水通道相连通;空心铜导体的外径小于螺栓的内孔直径,空心铜导体的长度大于螺栓内孔的长度。
