本实用新型涉及一种塑料复合管材,尤其涉及一种三层复合管。
背景技术
自2002年起,一种最早由美国陶氏化学研发的非交联耐热聚乙烯材料迅速崛起,特别是在低温地板辐射采暖领域,其用量成倍增长。该材料与传统的聚烯烃材料相比具有耐高温、抗低温脆性、耐压强度高等优点,但是该材料因其刚度差而无法满足建筑所需的力学强度,无法长期在70℃以上高温使用,限制了其在建筑热水管等领域的应用。国内PP-R管道已广泛普及应用,由于PP-R管存在低温脆性大,线膨胀系数高的缺点,在冬季施工会出现管材破裂现象。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种三层复合管,抗低温脆性、耐压强度高、力学强度好、耐温性能提高、线膨胀系数低。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种三层复合管,包括聚乙烯管壁外层和管壁内层,所述聚乙烯管壁外层和管壁内层之间设有由玻璃纤维、硅石灰纤维混合而成的中间层。
