本实用新型属于均光板技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯用条形光均光板。
背景技术
随着节能要求的提高,LED灯逐渐代替原来的白炽灯,在路灯等领域的应用越来越广泛,但是,由于LED灯在一个条形内亮度高、而在周边领域则光线非常暗,在亮度高的地方会刺眼、炫目,而在周边领域因光线暗而看不清,容易发生交通事故,而且普通灯罩透光性能差,光线衰减严重,因此难以大范围推广。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就是提供一种沿一定方向上照度均均、不留照射死角且没有炫目强光、透光性能好、便于推广LED灯的LED灯用条形光均光板。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:包括由透明材料制成的基板,在所述的基板上设置有截面为锯齿状条形均光条。
其附加技术特征为:
所述的均光条的截面为直角三角形或者近似于直角三角形;
所述的均光条的斜面与基板平面的夹角为20±3°;
所述的均光条的斜面向一个方向倾斜;
所述的均光条向对称排列。
本实用新型所提供的LED灯用条形光均光板与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:其一,由于包括由透明材料制成的基板,在所述的基板上设置有截面为锯齿状条形均光条,当光线透过均光条和基板后,发生散射,光线均均照射,解决了目前路灯炫目、亮度不均均、容易发生交通事故的问题,且基板和均光条可以较薄,减少了光线损失,提高了透光率,便于LED灯的推广;其二,由于所述的均光条的斜面与基板平面的夹角为为20±3°,使得光线照射更加均均;其三,由于所述的均光条的斜面向一个方向倾斜或者所述的均光条向对称排列,使得光照更加均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型LED灯用条形光均光板的结构和使用原理做进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型LED灯用条形光均光板包括由透明材料制成的基板1,在基板1上设置有截面为锯齿状条形均光条2,当然,也可以在基板1上开有锯齿状槽3,形成锯齿状条形均光条2。当光线透过均光条2和基板1后,发生散射,光线均均照射,解决了目前路灯炫目、亮度不均均、容易发生交通事故的问题,且基板1和均光条2可以较薄,减少了光线损失,提高了透光率,便于LED灯的推广。
均光条2的截面可以设计为直角三角形或者近似于直角三角形,并且均光条2的斜面21与基板1的平面的夹角为20±3°。这样,使得路面各个部分不留黑暗死角。
为了使得光照更加均匀,均光条2的斜面21向一个方向倾斜,均光条2也可以对称排列。
该LED灯用条形光均光板不仅仅适用于LED灯,对于其他光源上使用的灯罩,只要结构与上述LED灯用条形光均光板的结构相同,都落入本实用新型保护范围之内。

4、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯用条形光均光板,其特征在于:所述的均光条的斜面向一个方向倾斜。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯用条形光均光板,其特征在于:所述的均光条向对称排列。
