Abstract

本实用新型LED直型灯管涉及一种以LED为光源的照明装置,它包括半透明的管体,铝质的灯盖,置入管体内与其插式连接的灯条构成,灯条的任一端伸进灯盖中与其内表面接触,在任一灯盖与灯条之间有一个连接装置,该连接装置包括与灯盖固定的连接件,连接件上有向着灯条长度方向伸展的连接臂及连接臂旁侧的止转档,连接臂端有钩,灯条上与连接臂端的此钩相应位置处有槽孔,连接臂端的钩挂在灯条的此槽孔中,止转档抵在灯条面上。采用本实用新型的结构,不仅装配简便、省时,而且在装配中省却了使用化学粘接剂,从而避免了粘接剂的分解扩散对管体表面的侵蚀现象发生,使LED直型灯管的使用寿命得到延长。

Description

LED直型灯管
[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明装置,尤其是一种直管型的LED灯管。
[背景技术]
现有的LED直型灯管主要由管体、设置于管体两端的灯盖、置于管体内的灯条构成,其中管体为透明管或半透明管,采用塑料制成,灯盖与管体之间采用化学粘接剂粘接。这种用粘接剂将灯盖固定在管体上,结构简单。然而粘接剂的固化或干燥,需要一定的时间,故产品装配时间较长;同时留在灯盖与管体之间缝里的粘接剂是一种有机化学品,它会缓慢地分解或游离出一些化学物质侵蚀塑料材质的管体表面,产生色斑、线纹、裂缝等老化现象,使用寿命显著缩短。化学粘接剂会产生难闻的气味,使用时会毒害操作人员和对环境的污染。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,装配方便、省时,使用寿命长的LED直型灯管。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的:一种LED直型灯管,包括一个半透明的或乳白色的管体,套在管体端部由铝合金材料制成的两个灯盖,置于管体内与管体为插式连接结构的一个灯条,该灯条的任一端分别伸进灯盖中与其内表面接触;在任一所述灯盖与所述灯条之间有将所述灯盖固定在所述管体上的连接装置,所述连接装置包括与灯盖固定的一个连接件,连接件上有向着灯条长度方向伸展的连接臂及连接臂旁侧的止转档,连接臂端有一个钩,灯条面上与连接臂端的此钩的相应位置处有一个槽孔,所述连接臂上的钩挂在灯条的此槽孔中,所述止转档抵在灯条面上。
所述灯条与管体的插式连接结构具有设在灯条上沿其长度方向延伸的“T”型或燕尾型长槽,管体内壁面上有沿其轴向延伸并径向突出的与灯条上的此“T”型或燕尾型长槽相配的一个支撑,灯条的“T”型或燕尾型长槽套接在管体的支撑外。
采用上述结构后,由于在灯盖与灯条之间设置了一个连接装置,当灯盖套入管体端部时,其中的连接臂端的钩自动落在灯条的槽孔中,并且连接臂侧旁的止转档又可抵住灯条的元件表面,而灯条在管体内因为插式连接是不能转动的,从而灯盖在管体上被固定。不仅设计合理,装配简便、省时,而且在装配中省却了易侵蚀管体的化学粘接剂的使用,使LED直型灯管的使用寿命得以延长。

[具体实施方式]
如图1,图2所示,本实用新型LED直型灯管包括半透明或乳白色的管体1,固定在管体端部的两个铝合金材质的灯盖2,置于管体1中的灯条3所构成。其中灯条3是一种装有若干个LED及铝基板的线路板,灯条3与管体1之间为插式活动连接结构。该灯条的任一端伸进灯盖2中,并与灯盖2内底面接触,以便将LED工作时发出的热量通过铝基板的热传导、灯条与灯盖的接触传导、铝质灯盖的热传导向外散发出去,使管体内的LED的工作温度处于LED工作的合适温度范围内,以延长LED的使用寿命。
灯条3与管体1之间的插式活动连接结构具有设在灯条3上沿其长度方向延伸的“T”型长槽9,管体1内壁面上有沿其轴向延伸并径向突出的与灯条3上的“T”型长槽9相配合的一个支撑10,灯条3的“T”型长槽9套接在管体1的支撑10外。当然亦可用燕尾长槽代替“T”型长槽的结构形式。
在任一灯盖2与灯条3之间有将灯盖2固定在管体1上的一个连接装置,该连接装置包括一个连接件4,它通过两只灯管脚8绝缘地铆接在灯盖2内底面上。连接件4上有向着灯条3长度方向伸展的一个连接臂5及位于连接臂5两侧的止转档11,连接臂端有一个钩6,灯条3的元件面上与连接臂端的此钩6相应位置处有一个槽孔7,连接臂端的钩6挂在灯条上的此槽孔7中,止转档11亦抵在灯条3的元件面上。
上述结构的LED直型灯管,装配简单,与用化学粘接剂装配的直型灯管相比,装配省时,效率高。避免了装配使用化学粘接剂易加速管体老化的疪病现象发生,使LED直型灯管的使用寿命得以延长。

Claims (2)

1、一种LED直型灯管,包括半透明的或乳白色的一个管体(1),套在管体端部由铝合金材料制成的两个灯盖(2),置于管体(1)中与其为插式连接结构的一个灯条(3),该灯条的任一端分别伸进灯盖(2)中并与其内表面接触,其特征在于:任一灯盖(2)与所述灯条(3)之间有将所述灯盖(2)固定在所述管体(1)上的一个连接装置,所述连接装置包括与灯盖(2)固定的一个连接件(4),连接件上有向着灯条(2)长度方向伸展的一个连接臂(5)及连接臂旁侧的止转档(11),连接臂端有一个钩(6)所述灯条(3)面上与连接臂端的此钩(6)相应位置处有一个槽孔(7),所述连接臂端的钩(6)挂在所述灯条(3)上的此槽孔(7)中,所述止转档(11)抵在灯条(3)面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED直型灯管,其特征在于:所述灯条与管体的插式连接具有设在灯条(3)上沿其长度方向延伸的“T”型或燕尾型长槽(9),管体(1)内壁面上有沿其轴向延伸并径向突出的与灯条(3)上的此“T”型或燕尾型长槽(9)相配的一个支撑(10),灯条(3)的“T”型或燕尾型长槽(9)套在管体(1)的支撑(10)外。
