技术领域
本实用新型属于医学美容设备，尤其涉及一种激光牙齿美白装置。
背景技术
目前，采用冷光源及涂加美白剂进行牙齿美白的技术，已成为牙齿美白的主要方法。优点是：治疗时间相对单纯在牙齿表面涂沫美白剂较短，但是其美白的效果不是很理想，特别是远期效果更不理想。临床又有采用激光牙齿美白的方法，该种方法由于增加了激光生物作用且具有较强的穿透力，从而具有独特的近期和远期疗效，逐渐开始取代前述美白技术。激光牙齿美白装置的结构包括：驱动电源、激光模块及与其连接的光纤、工控机、触摸液晶显示器、控制软件***，临床使用只能手持光纤一颗颗牙的照射，使美自治疗过程所需时间较长，既浪费时间，又增加了医生和患者临床美白过程中的疲劳感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种激光牙齿美白装置，缩短了临床激光牙齿美白技术的治疗时间，也可以保证治疗过程中每颗牙的光照射一致性。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：一种激光牙齿美白装置，包括：驱动电源、激光模块及与其连接的光纤、工控机、触摸液晶显示器、控制软件***，其特征是：所述光纤与采用医用塑料的光辐照装置本体插接，所述装置本体后部设有光纤插槽，所述光纤插槽向前轴向延伸呈Y形柱状光纤通道，所述柱状光纤通道内置有光辐照体，所述柱状光纤通道后方设有全反射膜。
所述装置本体前端设有形状呈与牙齿形状相似的凹弧状牙齿咬合块。
所述光辐照体为柱状光纤或柱状发光体。
有益效果：该装置通过高浓度美白剂与激光共同完成。美白剂涂抹并覆盖牙齿表面，经激光照射后其有效成分渗透牙齿内部进行色素分解。完成一次全口腔的美白时间不超过10分钟。可以有效保护牙龈不受或很少受到光照，大大降低了产生牙齿过敏的可能性。激光牙齿美白的效果是较其他美白技术大大提高，每次治疗能够将牙齿表面提高4～5个白度。美白效果可保持5年以上。整个治疗过程安全，对牙齿无任何损伤。具有快捷，简便、安全、持久的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例，对依据本实用新型提供的具体实施方式详述如下。
详见附图，一种激光牙齿美白装置，包括：驱动电源、激光模块及与其连接的光纤、工控机、触摸液晶显示器、控制软件***，所述光纤与采用医用塑料的光辐照装置本体1插接，所述装置本体后部设有光纤插槽2，所述光纤插槽向前轴向延伸呈Y形柱状光纤通道3，所述柱状光纤通道内置有光辐照体，所述柱状光纤通道后方设有全反射膜4，可以增强单位面积的光照射量使光照均匀。全反射膜还可以将柱状光纤发出的背对牙齿一侧的激光以漫反射的方式反射到患者的牙齿上。所述装置本体前端设有形状呈与牙齿形状相似的凹弧状牙齿咬合块5。使得在照射治疗过程中，该装置不易从患者口中脱落，且患者也不会因长时间的治疗而感到疲劳。所述光辐照体为柱状光纤6或柱状发光体。一次性医用透明塑料做成的能够包容两根柱状光纤或柱状发光体的光辐照装置。除柱状光纤发出的面向牙齿一侧的激光照射到牙齿上外，光辐照装置通过设置在其后部的光纤插槽与激光器上的光纤插接。
工作原理：首先将患者的牙齿洗净、清洁后，把美白剂均匀涂抹在患者牙齿上，然后让患者将接有光纤的一次性医用透明塑料做成的光辐照装置咬在口中，此时柱状光纤在柱状光纤通道内正对患者的上下两排牙齿，呈现最佳的照射角度和距离。启动电源，在触摸液晶显示器中输入所需的参数(包括激光波长、功率、治疗时间等)，启动激光输出按钮后，控制***将指令传达给驱动电源，驱动电源再将指令传达激光模块，激光最终由柱状光纤输出，从而实现对四环素牙、黑黄牙、轻中度氟斑牙等的美白。波长范围：450nm-650nm，最佳波长532nm，功率1W-5W。激光模块：选用天津滨海华医光电技术有限公司研制的BHY532-1.0W全固态激光美容仪，该仪器的主要技术指标如下：

2、根据权利要求1所述的激光牙齿美白装置，其特征是：所述装置本体前端设有形状呈与牙齿形状相似的凹弧状牙齿咬合块。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的激光牙齿美白装置，其特征是：所述光辐照体为柱状光纤或柱状发光体。
