本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，具体地说是一种股动脉压迫止血器。
背景技术
介入放射导管手术结束后，需要将导管从动脉中拔出，穿刺点加压止血后方可包扎，以防穿刺点动脉出血。具体操作一般是在创口处封上药物棉垫，再由术者或助手用手或肘压迫10-15分钟使血小板在伤口处凝聚吻合，然后包扎。在压迫止血时，由于手指长时间用力，处于强迫姿势，数分钟后就感麻木、酸胀，易造成压迫点移位，引起皮下血肿或压迫失败；同时病人也因为手指的用力不均而很不舒服。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种压力均匀，止血效果好，能减轻患者或医护人员劳动强度的股动脉压迫止血器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该股动脉压迫止血器由底板、套筒、支撑杆、套管、螺杆、压板组成，底板一端上面垂直连有筒壁设有紧固螺栓的套筒，套筒内的支撑杆上端与内壁设有凸筋的套管垂直相连，下端与套筒内的支撑弹簧相连；“L”形螺杆一端套有压板，另一端通过与套管内壁凸筋相适应的轴向凹槽套装固定在套管内，套管两端的螺杆上分别设有限位螺母。
术后拔管之前，先移开敷料，将底板***病人臀部下面(穿刺点侧)，调整螺杆使压板对准皮肤穿刺点上1-1.5cm处(大约针尖穿破血管壁处)，松动紧固螺栓，按压套管使压板轻轻下压，右手拔出导管，以穿刺点不出血，足背动脉搏动略变弱为止，旋紧套筒上面的紧固螺栓，使病人不要移动身体，10分钟后，轻轻旋开紧固螺栓，在支撑弹簧的作用下支撑杆上移从而带动压板上移，观察数分钟后无出血即可加压包扎。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，能减轻患者或医护人员劳动强度，止血时压力均匀，止血效果好，完全适应于中、小医院。
