本实用新型涉及一种双共挤机生产型材装置。目前，很多客户已不再满足单一的型材颜色要求，转而对双色、多色型材产品青睐有加，这就要求我们在生产过程中使用新的加工方法，生产出不同部位、不同颜色和性能的产品，来满足客户需要，因此我们研究出了一种双共挤机生产型材方法。本实用新型包括料筒、共挤机机头、共挤机、定型模、水箱，其特征在于：所述的共挤机设置有两个，且分别与共挤机机头连通。本实用新型可以在一套模具上产过程中，在不同部位使用两台或更多共挤机进行共挤生产，因各机添加原料颜色和性能不同，可生产出双色或多色型材产品。

技术背景
目前，很多客户已不再满足单一的型材颜色要求，转而对双色、多色型材产品青睐有加，这就要求我们在生产过程中使用新的加工方法，生产出不同部位、不同颜色和性能的产品，来满足客户需要，因此我们研究出了一种双共挤机生产型材方法。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种双共挤机生产型材装置，能够满足客户对型材不同部位多种颜色需要，对室内、室外不同部位使用这种方法生产不同颜色和性能的型材，可满足客户同时提高型材性能。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型采取的技术方案：
本实用新型包括料筒、共挤机机头、共挤机、定型模、水箱，其特殊之处在于：所述的共挤机设置有两个，且分别与共挤机机头连通。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型可以在一套模具上产过程中，在不同部位使用两台或更多共挤机进行共挤生产，因各机添加原料颜色和性能不同，可生产出双色或多色型材产品。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参见图1，现有技术最多只能使用一台共挤机，生产颜色、品种单一，只能在某个部位共挤，生产工艺上也没有改变。
参见图2，本实用新型包括料筒1、共挤机机头2、共挤机5、定型模3、水箱4，共挤机5设置有两个，且分别与共挤机机头2连通，从而使型材不同部位具有不同的颜色、性能方面的特征，从而达到满足不同需要的效果。
本实用新型还可以设置多个共挤机5，从而使型材不同部位可生产不同颜色、性能的共挤产品，满足客户对颜色等方面的需要。
