Abstract

一种可在软体骨架上绕制线圈的绕线装置,由手柄、驱动轮、传动轴、从动轮、皮带绳、从动轴、滚珠轴承、支架、夹件、搬运把手及底座组成。绕制软体骨架线圈时,旋转手柄可带动软体骨架整体同步旋转,并带动固定在软体骨架一端的漆包线旋转绕制线圈。这种软体骨架绕线装置可用于在软体骨架上高精度、快速绕制线圈,尤其对于大量绕制软体罗氏线圈,其作用更为突出。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种软体骨架线圈绕线装置,用于绕制软体骨架罗氏线圈。
背景技术
软体骨架罗氏线圈绕制精度要求较高、匝数较多、且骨架为软体绝缘材料,目前基本靠纯手工绕制。而纯手工绕制软体骨架罗氏线圈不仅工作量大而且精度也难以满足要求,采用大型机器进行工业化绕制虽然可以满足要求,但机器成本较高且实施起来较复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述缺点,提供一种软体骨架线圈绕线装置,方便在软体骨架上绕制线圈。
本实用新型的具体方案是:由手柄1、驱动轮2、传动轴3、从动轮4、皮带绳5、从动轴6、滚珠轴承7、支架8、夹件9、搬运把手10及底座11组成。其中手柄1安装在一个驱动轮2上,两个驱动轮2由传动轴3连接,两个从动轮4通过两根皮带绳5与驱动轮2连接,两个驱动轮2与两个从动轮4通过两对滚珠轴承7安装于支架8上,两个夹件9将软体骨架夹紧并保持平直,支架8固定在底座11上,绕制软体骨架线圈时,旋转手柄1可带动软体骨架整体同步旋转,并带动固定在软体骨架一端的漆包线旋转绕制线圈。
采用本实用新型,可在软体骨架上高精度、快速绕制线圈,尤其对于大量绕制软体罗氏线圈,其作用更为突出。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
图1中,两个支架8安装固定在底座11上,传动轴3通过滚珠轴承7固定在支架8之间,在传动轴3两端有两个驱动轮2,两对滚珠轴承7上分别安装有传动轴3和从动轴6,手柄1安装在一个驱动轮2上,软体骨架固定在两个夹件9间,两个驱动轮2通过皮带绳5与两个从动轮4连接,从动轮4安装在从动轴6上,搬运把手10焊接在底座11上,用于搬运装置。使用时由两人配合进行,将软体骨架固定在两个夹件9间,并保证骨架平直,将漆包线起始端固定在软体骨架一端,一人转动手柄1,带动两个驱动轮2旋转,通过皮带绳5传动带动两个从动轮4同步旋转,固定在两个从动轮4夹件9上的软体骨架也随之同步转动。另一个人稍微拉紧漆包线并控制漆包线紧密绕制在软体骨架上。绕制软体骨架线圈时,旋转手柄1可带动软体骨架整体同步旋转,并带动固定在软体骨架一端的漆包线旋转绕制线圈。
本软体骨架线圈绕线装置也可以采用电动机构操作控制手柄转动。传动轴的长度及支架间距可根据软体骨架长度确定,一般取70cm~100cm。

1、一种软体骨架线圈绕线装置,其特征在于:由手柄(1)、驱动轮(2)、传动轴(3)、从动轮(4)、皮带绳(5)、从动轴(6)、滚珠轴承(7)、支架(8)、夹件(9)、搬运把手(10)及底座(11)组成,其中手柄(1)安装在一个驱动轮上,两个驱动轮(2)由传动轴(3)连接,两个从动轮(4)通过两根皮带绳(5)与驱动轮(2)连接,两个驱动轮(2)与两个从动轮(4)通过两对滚珠轴承(7)安装于支架(8)上,两个夹件(9)将软体骨架夹紧并保持平直,支架(8)固定在底座(11)上,绕制软体骨架线圈时,旋转手柄(1)可带动软体骨架整体同步旋转,并带动固定在软体骨架一端的漆包线旋转绕制线圈。
