本实用新型属于临床检验用器具,具体是一种血液标本采集培养瓶。
背景技术
现在医院里常使用的血液标本采集培养瓶多为玻璃三角烧瓶。传统的血液细菌培养方式是这样的:先将培养液配好后定量装与玻璃三角烧瓶内,用自制的纱布棉塞塞住瓶口,瓶塞外裹包装布或者纸至瓶颈,用绳扎紧,高压灭菌后置于冰箱内保存待用;采集血液标本时,必须将此玻璃三角烧瓶和酒精灯一起带到患者床前,按照常规静脉采血方法,用无菌注射器定量抽取血液后,在酒精灯火焰上方,揭开玻璃三角烧瓶上的扎绳,将此瓶适度倾斜,打开瓶塞,然后去掉注射器针头,将注射器内的血液注入玻璃三角烧瓶中,瓶口火焰灭菌后,再将瓶口塞紧扎好,带回实验室培养;在培养过程中需要转种或者涂片检查时,必须再打开瓶塞后,使用接种环挑取培养物。这种血液标本采集方法需要同时使用玻璃三角烧瓶、酒精灯和无菌注射器等多种器具,并且步骤相当繁琐,操作不仅费时费力,而且极易造成标本污染或者环境污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便进行血液标本采集和培养的血液标本采集培养瓶。
为解决上述技术问题,所提供的血液标本采集培养瓶,包括瓶体,其结构特点是瓶体的瓶口上装有瓶盖,瓶盖上设有穿过瓶盖的导管,伸于瓶体内的导管的下端装有接种环,导管的另一端安装有静脉采血针头。
采用上述结构后,由于瓶体的瓶口上装有瓶盖,瓶盖上设有穿过瓶盖的导管,伸于瓶体内的导管的下端装有接种环,导管的另一端安装有静脉采血针头,从而使血液标本培养瓶和采血器结合为一体。本实用新型在使用前,先将培养液注入并使瓶内抽成负压密封,需要采集血液标本时,将本实用新型带至病人床前,给病人扎上止血带并消毒后,通过导管前端的静脉采血针头穿刺入病人静脉中,在静脉压和瓶体内负压的作用下,血液会顺利的沿导管流入瓶内,采血完毕后,将本实用新型带回实验室;若在培养过程中需要转种或者涂片检查,可打开瓶盖通过导管端部设置的接种环挑取培养物进行转种或涂片检查。本实用新型结构简单,血液采集方便,接种或涂片检查相当方便,并且整个操作过程都在密封的状态下进行,从根本上杜绝了污染现象。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述导管露在瓶体外侧的部位上装有调节阀,可以控制血液的流量和血液的流速。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述瓶体的底部呈圆锥形,便于离心富集标本,瓶体的下部固装有支撑瓶体的环柱托,环柱托的存在能方便的将瓶体放置在平面上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的血液标本采集培养瓶,其包括瓶体1,瓶体1由医用塑料或者玻璃制成,瓶体1内可以装有定量的培养液,本实用新型使用前需抽取空气使瓶内负压,瓶体1的底部呈圆锥形,瓶体1的下部固装有支撑瓶体的环柱托7,瓶体1的瓶口上螺纹连接有瓶盖2,瓶盖2能与瓶口密封,瓶盖2上装有导管3,导管3分为两段,一段为硬质材料制成,可以穿过瓶盖2并下伸于瓶体1内,导管3与瓶盖2之间密封,此段导管3的下端一侧固装有接种环4,另一段为软管,两段导管3插接在一起,软管上装有调节阀6,调节阀6为点滴注射器上的流量调节滚轮,软管的端部装有静脉采血针头5,静脉采血针头5上可以装有塑料护套。可以在瓶体1的外表面设置有标准刻度线,以便于准确显示瓶体1内血液培养标本的量。
