本实用新型涉及服装纺织面料制造领域,特别设计一种具有抗菌、环保特性的功能性纤维布。
背景技术
如今,随着制造技术的不断升级,新的功能性的纤维布逐渐满足着人们日益增长的需求,逐渐取代了天然纤维的化学纤维经过改性后赋予更多的功能,从而为纺织行业开发适合消费者需求的多功能新产品提供有力的保障。但是,纺织面料具备某些特殊功能的同时,其舒适性指标和商业价值绝对不能忽视,因为面料裁制成服装要穿在人身上,若没有良好的舒适感,体现不出纺织品的附加值,就会损失其商业价值。
如何在功能性纤维面料的开发的同时,能够控制生产成本。也就是借助最新的纤维技术,用低成本换取新型功能性纤维面料的面世,成为目前纺织企业的出路。目前,比较流行的方式是后整理技术的开发,这种技术通过对纤维布成品进行再加工,赋予产品功能性,从实现功能性以及保证产品良好的舒适感都有很好的效果,但是这种方法就目前来讲,成本很高而且工序复杂化。
我们希望能够利用目前新型的功能性纤维相互搭配,通过改变纤维的经纬结构来实现纤维面料的功能性。
发明内容
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型开发了一种具有永久环保抗菌特点的新型纤维布结构,其具体技术方案是:环保抗菌功能纤维布,由双经纱和纬纱构成,其特征是:双经纱和纬纱交互浮沉编织为平纹结构而成。
所述的双经纱和纬纱均包括涤纶纱和竹炭纱两种,其特征是涤纶纱和竹炭纱的排列比是五比一,即每两根竹炭纱间排列有五根涤纶纱。
利用竹炭丝具备的抗菌功能,通过合适的原料配比,实现纤维面料的抗菌功效,而不需在后整理时再做其他化学处理,而且采用这种结构和技术可以使得抗菌功能永久有效,非常适合用于运动休闲面料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,环保抗菌功能纤维布,由双经纱1和纬纱2构成,其特征是:双经纱1和纬纱2交互浮沉编织为平纹结构而成。
所述的双经纱1包括涤纶纱11和竹炭纱12两种,其特征是涤纶纱和竹炭纱的排列比是五比一,即每两根竹炭纱间排列有五根涤纶纱。
所述的纬纱2也包括涤纶纱21和竹炭纱22两种,其特征是涤纶纱和竹炭纱的排列比是五比一,即每两根竹炭纱间排列有五根涤纶纱。
