本实用新型涉及基于LED光源的元件检测装置,其包括外罩、固定在外罩内的红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组;红色LED组设置于蓝色和绿色LED组上方,朝上方水平放置,并于红色LED组上方设有弧形漫反射罩;绿色LED组和蓝色LED组方向朝下呈弧形放置,蓝色LED组位于绿色LED组外侧;外罩顶端开设圆孔,红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组、外罩顶端的圆孔及漫反射罩对称于外罩的中轴线放置。本实用新型利用多种颜色的发光元件,红色、绿色、蓝色三种光源,通过不同角度的照射,反射不同的光线,使摄像头接收到多种光线信息,从而反应元件的焊锡情况,方便了对元件的检测,提高检测效率并保证元件的质量。

基于LED光源的元件检测装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及检测电子元件检测装置,具体是一种通过不同角度的不同颜色的LED对电子元件照射,反射出不同的光线,让摄像头得到多种信息。
背景技术
目前,对电子元件的焊锡质量检测是通过人工的肉眼观察进行的,这种检测方式的检测效率低,而且易遗漏,直接影响到成品的质量和生产速度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种基于LED光源的元件检测装置,以提高电子元件的检测效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
基于LED光源的元件检测装置,包括外罩、设置于外罩内的红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组,外罩由数个环形圈组装而成,所述红色LED组设置于蓝色和绿色LED组上方,朝上方水平放置,并于红色LED组上方设有弧形漫反射罩;绿色LED组方向朝下呈弧形放置,蓝色LED组方向朝下与绿色LED组一起呈弧形放置,蓝色LED组位于绿色LED组外侧;外罩顶端开设圆孔,红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组、外罩顶端的圆孔及漫反射罩对称于外罩的中轴线放置。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型利用多种颜色的发光元件,红色、绿色、蓝色三种光源,通过不同角度的照射,反射不同的光线,使摄像头接收到多种光线信息,从而反应元件的焊锡情况,方便了对元件的检测,提高检测效率并保证元件的质量。通过设置在红色LED组上方的漫反射罩,对红光产生漫反射,使得红光在线路板上的光线更加柔和,线路板上的反射到摄像头内的红光也要较为柔和,摄像头摄取的图像亮部细节和暗部细节分明,更加干净均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
参见图1及图2所示,本实用新型包括外罩1、设置于外罩内的红色LED组2、蓝色LED组3、绿色LED组4,外罩由数个环形圈组装而成,所述红色LED组设置于蓝色和绿色LED组上方,朝上方水平放置,并于红色LED组上方设有漫反射罩5;绿色LED组方向朝下呈凹弧放置,蓝色LED组方向朝下与绿色LED组一起呈凹弧放置,蓝色LED组位于绿色LED组外侧;外罩顶端开设圆孔6,红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组、外罩顶端的圆孔及漫反射罩对称于外罩的中轴线放置。
再参见图3所示,由于焊点8处于斜面,由于红、绿、蓝LED在外罩内的角度分布关系,大部分红光和绿光通过斜面反射出去,而蓝色光则通过斜面反射进入摄像头,因此焊点从摄像头内观察到的颜色为蓝色。元件本体表面7粗糙,红、绿、蓝光照射在元件本体表面后发生漫反射,红、绿、蓝合成为白光,因此从摄像头内观察到的元件表面显示为元件本色,PCB板9表面光滑,由于红、绿、蓝LED在外罩内的角度分布关系,红光照射在其表面发生镜面反射进入摄像头,而大部分绿光和蓝光反射出,因此从摄像头内观察到的PCB颜色为红色。
三层光源通过不同的角度照射,反射不同的光线,能让一摄橡头得到更多的信息。红色光源和摄像头的角度最小,平坦光滑表面主要反射红色光,PCB表面。绿色光源比红色光角度大,小坡度的光滑表面主要反射绿光。蓝色的光源又比绿色光源的角度要大,陡峭的光滑表面主要反射蓝色的光,如靠近元件体的焊锡地方。
通过多种颜色光线的照射和反射,通过摄像头拍摄的图像看到,图像色彩鲜明,对比度高,元件焊锡部分层次分明,确得到了PCB板的3D信息,为电子组装品质检查提供了清晰明确的信息。

1、基于LED光源的元件检测装置,其特征在于:包括外罩、固定在外罩内的红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组;所述红色LED组设置于蓝色和绿色LED组上方,朝上方水平放置,并于红色LED组上方设有弧形漫反射罩;绿色LED组和蓝色LED组方向朝下呈弧形放置,蓝色LED组位于绿色LED组外侧;外罩顶端开设圆孔,红色LED组、蓝色LED组、绿色LED组、外罩顶端的圆孔及漫反射罩对称于外罩的中轴线放置。
2、根据权利要求1所述基于LED光源的元件检测装置,其特征在于:外罩由数个环形圈组装而成。
