背景技术
随着社会经济持续不断地高速发展,美国金融危机引发全球经济衰退,能源矛盾变得更加突出。作为城乡道路、广场、码头、学校、居民区等公共场所耗电量巨大的照明能源矛盾显得尤其突出。因此利用高效、节能、长寿命的LED作为照明光源成为全世界研究的课题。目前市场上的大功率LED灯泡是在灯泡的下端平面上分布LED,发光角度有一定的局限性,不能适应四面发光的要求。如何制造一款与节能灯白炽灯一样可以四面发光的大功率LED灯泡,并能解决LED散热的难题摆在了我们的面前。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了满足可以四面发光并能解决LED散热的需要,提供一种大功率LED灯泡。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,主要特征是由三个主发光体和一个辅发光体组成。主发光体按正三棱体分布在侧面,辅发光体在前端。大功率LED焊固在铝基板上,铝基板固定在散热器上,在其表面加有混光玻璃罩,组成一个独立的主发光体或辅发光体。调节罩与螺旋尾座可以调整角度,调节罩内置LED驱动。本实用新型结构简单合理,所有材料和工艺均为现有技术,具有很强的实用性和推广性。

具体实施方式
结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型,本实用新型由大功率LED1、铝基板2、散热器3、混光玻璃罩4、主发光体5、辅发光体6、LED驱动7、调节罩8、螺旋尾座9构成。主要特征是本实用新型由三个主发光体5和一个辅发光体6组成。三个主发光体5按正三棱体分布在侧面,保证四面发光,辅发光体6在前端,保证向前发光。其中,大功率LED1焊固在铝基板2上,铝基板2固定在散热器3上,在其表面加有混光玻璃罩4,组成一个独立的主发光体5或辅发光体6。调节罩8与螺旋尾座9可以调整角度,方便平行安装时调整发光角度。调节罩8内置LED驱动7。
本实用新型结构简单合理,所有材料和工艺均为现有技术,具有很强的实用性和推广性。

Claims (4)

1、一种大功率LED灯泡,包括大功率LED、铝基板、散热器、混光玻璃罩、LED驱动、调节罩、螺旋尾座,其主要特征是由三个主发光体和一个辅发光体组成,主发光体按正三棱体分布在侧面,辅发光体在前端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED灯泡,其特征是大功率LED焊固在铝基板上,铝基板固定在散热器上,在其表面加有混光玻璃罩,组成一个独立的主发光体或辅发光体。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED灯泡,其特征是调节罩与螺旋尾座可以调整角度,调节罩内置LED驱动。
4、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED灯泡,其特征是大功率LED可以使用多粒1W3W5W大功率LED,也可以使用单个大功率LED集成模块。
