技术领域
本实用新型涉及力矩电机,尤其是涉及一种采用液压制动的力矩电机。
背景技术
国内力矩电机使用技术还不成熟,用户较少,基本上忽略了制动要求。现有技术中的产品还都存在刹车力矩不足、刹车动作不够灵敏及刹车可靠性不高等缺点,使得整体***的安全性、可靠性不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种采用液压制动的力矩电机,它结构简单紧凑,体积小巧,制动接触面积较大,产生的制动力大,快速灵敏,性能可靠,能使得旋转轴在任何加工位置被液压夹紧、制动;并且,制造安装方便。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种采用液压制动的力矩电机,它包括电机壳、主轴、定子、转子、位于主轴***的轴承套、制动盘,电机壳、定子、轴承套、制动盘固定连接在一起作为静止部,主轴、转子固定连接在一起作为转动部;所述制动盘位于主轴外侧以及轴承套内侧,制动盘与主轴间存在间隙,且主轴可相对制动盘转动;制动盘与轴承套间存在有密闭油腔;轴承套上开设有可向密闭油腔通入高压油以箍紧制动盘导致制动盘产生弹性变形紧贴锁紧主轴进行制动的高压油路。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型的采用液压制动的力矩电机,结构简单紧凑,体积小巧,制动接触面积较大,产生的制动力大,快速灵敏,性能可靠,适合应用于高精度机床旋转轴,能使得旋转轴在任何加工位置被液压夹紧、制动;并且,制造安装方便。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1所示,一种采用液压制动的力矩电机,它包括电机壳8、轴承套11、水圈10、定子6、制动盘3、编码器14、电机盖13、主轴2、转子7、空心轴16。
电机壳8与定子6固定连接构成静止部,主轴2与转子7固定连接构成转动部。主轴2末端固定有空心轴16,空心轴16上连接编码器14。轴承套11与电机壳8固定连接。
在本实施例中,电机壳8与主轴2之间设置有圆弧交叉滚子轴承1。并且,主轴2末端与轴承套11之间设置有起辅助支撑作用的角接触轴承17。
如图2所示,主轴2外侧设置有可对主轴2进行制动的弹性变形液压夹紧装置,该装置包括设置在主轴2与轴承套11之间的制动盘3,制动盘3与主轴2间存在微小的间隙,使主轴2可相对制动盘3转动;制动盘3与轴承套11间存在有较小的密闭油腔;轴承套11上开设有高压油路18。在需要制动时,高压油沿高压油路18注入该密闭油腔内,并箍紧制动盘3,使之产生弹性变形,内径变小,紧贴主轴,产生很大的摩擦力,锁紧主轴,对主轴2进行制动。
在力矩电机工作期间,会产生一定的热量。为带走这些会产生不利影响的热量,本实施例中还增加了强制的水冷方式。如图1所示,电机壳8内侧固定设置有水圈10,水圈10上开设有螺旋冷却槽9,冷却液流过该冷却槽9,带走这些热量,保护电机,减小热变形,提高加工精度。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本实用新型来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。上述实施例仅仅作为本实用新型的说明,而不是限制。总之,本实用新型的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型。

1.一种采用液压制动的力矩电机,其特征在于:它包括电机壳(8)、主轴(2)、定子(6)、转子(7)、位于主轴(2)***的轴承套(11)、制动盘(3),所述电机壳(8)、定子(6)、轴承套(11)、制动盘(3)固定连接在一起作为静止部,主轴(2)、转子(7)固定连接在一起作为转动部;所述制动盘(3)位于主轴(2)外侧以及轴承套(11)内侧,制动盘(3)与主轴(2)间存在间隙,且主轴(2)可相对制动盘(3)转动;制动盘(3)与轴承套(11)间存在有密闭油腔;轴承套(11)上开设有可向密闭油腔通入高压油以箍紧制动盘(3)导致制动盘(3)产生弹性变形紧贴锁紧主轴(2)进行制动的高压油路(18)。
