本实用新型公开了一种无极灯镇流器,其特征在于:所述无极灯包括灯壳和灯壳内的灯泡以及镇流器、镇流电路和电源线,灯泡为无极灯,灯泡通过电源线与镇流器电连接。所述镇流电路包括滤波整流电路、功率因数校正电路、高频逆变电路、驱动电路和保护电路,电源经滤波整流电路整流后送功率因数校正电路获得高功率因数的直流电,该直流电经过由驱动电路控制的高频逆变电路产生高频高压的工作电压点亮无极灯;保护电路的输入端连接高频逆变电路输出端以检测无极灯的工作状况,输出端连接驱动电路,当出现异常情况时控制高频逆变电路的工作。本实用新型具有保护功能、安全可靠、功率因数、节能环保的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无极灯,具体说是无极灯整流器的改进技术。
背景技术
无极灯的灯管采用无灯丝触发,安全可靠,经过上万次的开关试验,对灯管无伤害、工作稳定,具有使用寿命长、免维护、发光效率高等优点。由于无极灯与荧光灯结构及其工作原理不同,需要采用高频振荡电路产生高压脉冲触发。而且目前荧光灯镇流器能提供的功率大多在40W以下,最大输出功率不过在80W。无极灯的最小功率在50W,最大功率可达250W,这就对电子镇流器的要求非常高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供具有保护功能、安全可靠、功率因数、节能环保的无极灯。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种无极灯镇流器,其特征在于:所述无极灯包括灯壳和灯壳内的灯泡以及镇流器、镇流电路和电源线,灯泡为无极灯,灯泡通过电源线与镇流器电连接。
所述镇流电路包括滤波整流电路、功率因数校正电路、高频逆变电路、驱动电路和保护电路,电源经滤波整流电路整流后送功率因数校正电路获得高功率因数的直流电,该直流电经过由驱动电路控制的高频逆变电路产生高频高压的工作电压点亮无极灯;保护电路的输入端连接高频逆变电路输出端以检测无极灯的工作状况,输出端连接驱动电路,当出现异常情况时控制高频逆变电路的工作。
所述功率因数校正电路由功率因数补偿控制集成电路及其***元件组成。
所述保护电路包括电流和电压检测电路,电流和电压检测电路与驱动电路一体化成为驱动保护电路。
所述无极灯电源输入端串联一温度开关。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
与传统的镇流器相比,本实用新型无极灯中的镇流器设有多种异常保护功能,包括超温保护、过流过压保护等,保障了无极灯使用安全可靠,而且延长了镇流器的使用寿命。镇流器还加入了功率因数校正电路,减小了无功功率,提高了电源的使用效率,更加节能环保。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种无极灯主要由灯壳和灯壳内的灯泡以及镇流器、镇流电路和电源线组成,灯泡为无极灯,灯泡通过电源线与镇流器电连接。镇流电路包括滤波整流电路、功率因数校正电路、高频逆变电路、驱动电路和保护电路,电源经滤波整流电路整流后送功率因数校正电路获得高功率因数的直流电,该直流电经过由驱动电路控制的高频逆变电路产生高频高压的工作电压点亮无极灯;保护电路的输入端连接高频逆变电路输出端以检测无极灯的工作状况,输出端连接驱动电路,当出现异常情况时控制高频逆变电路的工作。功率因数校正电路由功率因数补偿控制集成电路及其***元件组成。保护电路包括电流和电压检测电路,电流和电压检测电路与驱动电路一体化成为驱动保护电路。无极灯电源输入端串联一温度开关。
