本实用新型公开了一种沼气发生装置,包括沼气发生罐和用气输出管,其特征在于:沼气发生罐通过输出气管连接水压式储气罐;水压式储气罐既可置于沼气发生罐之外,也可置于沼气发生罐之内,还可在沼气发生罐内设置加热器。由于本实用新型设置了与沼气发生罐连通的水压式储气罐,这样就可以将沼气发生罐内不断产生的沼气通过输出气管输送到储气罐,不但解决了产气量受限制的问题,而且解决了沼气发生罐压力过高不易封盖的问题,并且在沼气发生罐内设置加热管,解决冬天气温较低不能产气的问题,所以本实用新型安全可靠,方便实用。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,特别是涉及一种带储气装置的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
目前,不论是传统的由水泥砌成的沼气池,还是由玻璃钢等材料做成的沼气池,其沼气发生和储气都是在同一个池内进行,气体和液体各占一定的容积。由于气体和液体同在一个池内,因而使产气量和沼气的存储都受到一定的影响,并且当产气量稍大时,压力过高,池盖不易封闭,会发生漏气甚至出现冒顶现象,因此使用的安全性和可靠性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服上述缺点,提供一种带储气装置的安全耐用的沼气发生装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下解决方案:一种沼气发生装置,包括沼气发生罐和用气输出管,其特征在于:沼气发生罐通过输出气管连接水压式储气罐。
上述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的水压式储气罐置于沼气发生罐之外,其上端通过输出气管与沼气发生罐连通,下端通过导流管与水压间连通。
上述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的水压式储气罐呈U型结构,置于沼气发生罐之内,其内部装有水,一端通过输出气管与沼气发生罐连通。
上述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的沼气发生罐内设有加热器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、由于本实用新型设置了与沼气发生罐连通的水压式储气罐,这样就可以将沼气发生罐内不断产生的沼气通过输出气管输送到储气罐,不但解决了产气量受限制的问题,而且解决了沼气发生罐压力过高不易封盖的问题,所以本实用新型安全耐用。
2、由于本实用新型在沼气发生罐内设置了加热器,所以本实用新型能够解决冬天气温较低不能产气的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,本实用新型包括沼气发生罐5和用气输出管1,用气输出管1连接灶具、灯泡等,沼气发生罐5的罐口2通过罐盖4密封,输出气管3的一端通过罐盖4***沼气发生罐5内,另一端连接水压式储气罐6上端,水压式储气罐6置于沼气发生罐5之外,这样水压式储气罐6就与沼气发生罐5连通,水压式储气罐6下端通过导流管10与水压间7连通,水压间7中装有水9。储气罐6为全封闭,水压间7为开口,随着沼气发生罐5内的沼气不断产生,沼气压力也相应提高,这个不断增高的气压就将产生的沼气输送到储气罐6内,从面迫使储气罐6内的水11通过导流管10流到水压间7中,产生一个水位差,当用气时,通过水位差就可将储气罐6内的沼气输送到沼气发生罐5内,这样就解决了产气量受限制和用气时间短的问题。由于水压间7为开口,所以当沼气压力过大时,水压间7中的水9为足以把沼气封住时,过剩沼气可以从水压间7上方开口处跑掉,从而避免发生危险。
实施例2:如图2所示,本实用新型所述的水压式储气罐6呈U型结构,置于沼气发生罐5之内,其内部装有水,其一端通过输出气管3与沼气发生罐5连通作储气用,另一端为水压间7,并且在沼气发生罐5内设有加热器12,解决冬天气温较低不能产气的问题。

1、一种沼气发生装置,包括沼气发生罐和用气输出管,其特征在于:沼气发生罐通过输出气管连接水压式储气罐。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的水压式储气罐置于沼气发生罐之外,其上端通过输出气管与沼气发生罐连通,下端通过导流管与水压间连通。
3、根据权利要求1所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的水压式储气罐呈U型结构,置于沼气发生罐之内,其内部装有水,一端通过输出气管与沼气发生罐连通。
4、根据权利要求1所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述的沼气发生罐内设有加热器。
