本实用新型涉及一种水囊引产器的改进,具体地说是一种气压注水水囊引产器。
背景技术
目前人工终止中期妊娠的方法,一般是用利凡诺或用水囊进行引产,采用利凡诺药物引产,虽成功率高,但也有适应性差的不足,如患有急性传染病,急、慢性心、肝、肾疾病者都不能采用;采用水囊引产法,一是因水囊放置在子宫壁与胎膜囊之间,向水囊注入无菌盐水时比较困难,操作也较麻烦,费时费力;二是向水囊注入的无菌盐水量,也难准确掌握;三是水囊易自动脱出,造成引产失败。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作方便,省时省力,注水容易,注水量易掌握,防止水囊自动脱出的气压注水水囊引产器。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:该气压注水水囊引产器,由水囊、橡皮管构成,水囊的上端与橡皮管连为一体,其特征在于在橡皮管上设橡皮塞,进水管一端与15号针头连接后,穿过橡皮塞与橡皮管连通,另一端与玻璃管连接后***无菌盐水瓶内,在无菌盐水瓶上还设有刻度,进气管一端***无菌盐水瓶内,另一端与充气球相接。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施:所述的橡皮管,为防止水囊置入子宫后脱出,在其一端设气囊、充气管。使用本实用新型时,先将无菌盐水加注无菌盐水瓶内,然后将消毒好的水囊经宫颈口送入宫腔一侧,使水囊置于子宫壁与胎膜囊之间,水囊在子宫放置合适后,医务人员操作充气球向无菌盐水瓶内充气,无菌盐水在气压的作用下,经玻璃管、进水管、15号针头、橡皮管注入水囊内,在注入过程中,观察无菌盐水瓶上的刻度,当用量达到要求时,停止操作充气球,同时将15号针头从橡皮塞上拔下,再将气囊安放在宫颈口,用充气球向气囊内充气,防止水囊自动脱出***。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与目前的水囊引产法相比,不仅具有注水容易,注水量易掌握,省时省力的优点,而且还具有防止水囊自动脱出的功能。

1、一种气压注水水囊引产器,由水囊(1)、橡皮管(2)构成,水囊(1)的上端与橡皮管(2)连为一体,其特征在于在橡皮管(2)上设橡皮塞(3),进水管(4)一端与15号针头(5)连接后,穿过橡皮塞(3)与橡皮管(2)连通,另一端与玻璃管(6)连接后***无菌盐水瓶(7)内,在无菌盐水瓶(7)上还设有刻度(8),进气管(9)一端***无菌盐水瓶(7)内,另一端与充气球(10)相接。
