Abstract

一种电子元件,其包括一个绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体上的引脚端子、与引脚端子电性连接的电路板及磁性线圈模组,绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于两侧壁之间的容置空间,各侧壁具有一底面,引脚端子包括固定于侧壁内的主体部、自主体部一端延伸出侧壁底面的接线部及自主体部另一端延伸出侧壁的引脚部,该引脚端子的接线部与引脚部位于侧壁底面的同一侧,引脚部用以将电子元件与外部电路电性连接,电路板焊接至一个侧壁上引脚端子的接线部,并覆盖所述容置空间。该电子元件结构简单,生产方便而且成本低。

电子元件
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电子元件,特别是涉及一种用于抑制电磁干扰的磁性电子元件。
【技术背景】
在计算机网络或通讯网络中,信号在不同电子设备间进行传输时会受其它信号或外部噪音的干扰,为了抑制这种干扰,通常在主板上或者输入输出接口的连接器内安装相关的磁性电子元件。
与本专利申请相关之现有技术请参阅2007年8月23号的美国专利申请公开第2007/0194875号,该专利揭示了一种滤波器,该滤波器包括一绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子和线圈、第一电路板及第二电路板。该绝缘本体包括一第一侧面、一第二侧面及一自第一侧面延伸至第二侧面的电气连接部。第一侧面、第二侧面和电气连接部围成两个容置空间。导电端子包括固定于第一侧面内的第一导电端子、固定于第二侧面内的第二导电端子及固定于电气连接部内的连通第一侧面与第二侧面的连通端子。线圈收容于绝缘本体的容置空间内,该线圈包括若干导电引线,该导电引线分别缠绕并焊接至第一导电端子和第二导电端子。第一电路板焊接有若干SMD元件,该第一电路板覆盖整个第一侧面且第一导电端子及连通端子的一端全部焊接至第一电路板。第二电路板覆盖两个容置空间且第二导电端子及连通端子的另一端全部焊接至第二电路板。
以上专利所揭示的现有技术结构复杂,生产工序也较复杂,成本较高。现有必要设计一种结构简单、成本低的电子元件。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、生产方便、成本低的电子元件。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种电子元件,其包括一个绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体上的引脚端子、与引脚端子电性连接的电路板及磁性线圈模组,绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于两侧壁之间的容置空间,各侧壁具有一底面,引脚端子包括固定于侧壁内的主体部、自主体部一端延伸出侧壁底面的接线部及自主体部另一端延伸出侧壁的引脚部,该引脚端子的接线部与引脚部位于侧壁底面的同一侧,引脚部用以将电子元件与外部电路电性连接,电路板焊接至一个侧壁上引脚端子的接线部,并覆盖所述容置空间。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型电子元件的引脚端子的接线部与引脚部位于侧壁底面的同一侧,接线部与电路板电性连接,同时引脚部与外部电路电性连接。与现有技术相比,该电子元件结构简单,生产方便,而且成本低。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型电子元件100用于与外部电路电性连接,本实施例中外部电路为一安装电路板200。该电子元件100包括一绝缘本体2、固定于绝缘本体2内的若干引脚端子4和转接端子5、一连接于端子模组4的电路板6以及收容于绝缘本体2内的磁性线圈模组8。
请参阅图1至图3所示,绝缘本体2包括一上表面21、与上表面21平行的下表面22以及延伸于上表面21与下表面22之间的第一侧壁23、平行于第一侧壁23的第二侧壁24和中间壁25以及两个与第一侧壁23垂直的端壁26。第一侧壁23、第二侧壁24及中间壁25各设有一与上表面21平行的底面27。第一侧壁23与中间壁25围成第一容置空间28,第二侧壁24与中间壁25围成第二容置空间29。两个端壁26各设有一安装部30。
请参阅图2与图3所示,引脚端子4分别与第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24一体成型。其包括固定于第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24内的主体部(未图示)、自主体部(未图示)一端延伸出第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24底面27的接线部41以及自主体部(未图示)另一端延伸出第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24并用于焊接至一安装电路板200的引脚部42。引脚端子4的接线部41和引脚部42位于第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24底面27的同一侧。
请参阅图2与图3所示,转接端子5与中间壁25一体成型。转接端子5包括固定于中间壁25内的固持部(未图示)以及自固持部(未图示)一端延伸出中间壁25底面27的焊接部51。
请参阅图2与图4所示,电路板6覆盖在第一容置空间28上。该电路板6同时焊接至第一侧壁23引脚端子4的接线部41及转接端子5的焊接部51。电路板6上焊接有若干表面贴装型电子组件62。
请参阅图2与图3所示,磁性线圈模组8收容于第二容置空间29内。该磁性线圈模组8包括圆柱形磁芯81以及缠绕于磁芯81上的绝缘导线82。该绝缘导线82具有若干引线端821,该引线端821分别缠绕并焊接至转接端子5的焊接部51与第二侧壁24引脚端子4的接线部41。
制造该电子元件100时,先提供一绝缘本体2,该绝缘本体2的第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24上一体成型有引脚端子4,中间壁25上一体成型有转接端子5,再将磁性线圈模组8收容于绝缘本体2的第二容置空间29内,并将磁性线圈模组8绝缘导线82的引出端821缠绕并焊接至第二侧壁24的引脚端子4的接线部41及转接端子5的焊接部51,再将电路板6覆盖于第一容置空间28上,电路板6同时焊接至第一侧壁23的引脚端子4的接线部41及转接端子5的焊接部51,磁性线圈模组8通过转接端子5的接线部51与电路板6的电子组件62电性连接。
在本实施例中,电子元件100的磁性线圈模组4为变压器,电路板6上的电子组件62为表面贴装型共模扼流圈,变压器通过转接端子5与共模扼流圈电性连接。在另一实施例中,电子元件100的磁性线圈模组4为共模扼流圈,电路板6上的电子组件62为表面贴装型变压器,共模扼流圈亦通过转接端子5与变压器电性连接。
该电子元件100的引脚端子4的接线部41与引脚部42位于第一侧壁23和第二侧壁24底面27的同一侧,接线部41与电路板6电性连接,同时引脚部42焊接至一安装电路板200,与现有技术相比,该电子元件100结构简单,生产方便,而且成本低。

Claims (9)

1.一种电子元件,其包括一个绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体上的引脚端子、与引脚端子电性连接的电路板及磁性线圈模组,所述绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于两侧壁之间的容置空间,各侧壁具有一底面,其特征在于:所述引脚端子包括固定于侧壁内的主体部、自主体部一端延伸出侧壁底面的接线部及自主体部另一端延伸出侧壁的引脚部,该引脚端子的接线部与引脚部位于所述侧壁底面的同一侧,所述引脚部用以将电子元件与外部电路电性连接,所述电路板焊接至一个侧壁上引脚端子的接线部,并覆盖所述容置空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述两个容置空间之间形成有一中间壁,该中间壁将所述容置空间分成为第一容置空间与第二容置空间,所述电路板覆盖该第一容置空间,所述磁性线圈模组收容于第二容置空间内。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子元件,其特征在于:容置空间之间形成有一中间壁,该中间壁上固定有转接端子,所述电路板同时连接至该转接端子。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述中间壁与所述侧壁平行。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述磁性线圈模组包括一个磁芯及缠绕于磁芯上的绝缘导线,该绝缘导线具有至少两个引线端,该两个引线端分别电性连接至所述转接端子与一个侧壁上的引脚端子。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述磁性线圈模组为变压器,所述电路板上安装有表面贴装型共模扼流圈。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述电路板上的共模扼流圈通过所述转接端子与所述变压器电性连接。
8.如权利要求5所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述磁性线圈模组为共模扼流圈,所述电路板上安装有表面贴装型变压器。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子元件,其特征在于:所述电路板上的变压器通过所述转接端子与所述共模扼流圈电性连接。
