本实用新型提供一种PE塑料管材高产挤出螺杆,采用三段式结构,依次为加料段、熔融段、挤出段,加料段采用单头螺纹结构,熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,挤出段采用混炼型结构。加料段采用单头螺纹的结构,有利于物料的高速稳定输送;熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,有利于物料的熔融塑化;挤出段采用混炼型的结构,有利于物料的混炼和高产挤出,产量可达350~400kg/h,可与国外一流公司相比。

技术领域
本实用新型属于管材挤出机的螺杆领域,特别是涉及一种PE塑料管材高产挤出螺杆。
背景技术
在PE塑料管材挤出领域,目前国内常用的挤出机中,产量都比较低,无法满足大口径管材的生产需要。以Φ65单螺杆挤出机为例,一般厂家生产的Φ65单螺杆挤出机的产量通常在120~160kg/h,好一点的厂家生产的Φ65单螺杆挤出机的产量通常在200~250kg/h。这个产量远低于国外的先进水平。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高产量的挤出螺杆。
为了实现上述目的,采用的技术方案如下:
一种PE塑料管材高产挤出螺杆,采用三段式结构,依次为加料段、熔融段、挤出段,加料段采用单头螺纹结构,熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,挤出段采用混炼型结构。
上述技术方案中,所述熔融段的长度为加料段或混炼段的1.5~2倍。
所述挤出段的螺纹采用齿轮结构。
所述螺杆的长径比为34。
本实用新型装在挤出机上,配合开槽加料衬套,产量比普通螺杆高出30%~40%。螺杆长径比较大,为34,分为加料段、熔融段和挤出段三段。加料段采用单头螺纹的结构,有利于物料的高速稳定输送;熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,有利于物料的熔融塑化;挤出段采用混炼型的结构,有利于物料的混炼和高产挤出,产量可达350~400kg/h,可与国外一流公司相比。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构示意图如附图1所示,螺杆分为加料段1、熔融段2和挤出段3(混炼段)三段。加料段1采用单头螺纹的结构,有利于物料的高速稳定输送;熔融段2采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,有利于物料的熔融塑化;挤出段3采用混炼型的结构,又称为“混炼段”,有利于物料的混炼和高产挤出。挤出段3的螺纹采用齿轮结构,如附图2所示。
本实用新型装在申请人生产的挤出机上,配合开槽加料衬套,产量比普通螺杆高出30%~40%,可达350~400kg/h,可与国外一流公司相比。

Claims (4)

1、一种PE塑料管材高产挤出螺杆,其特征在于采用三段式结构,依次为加料段、熔融段、挤出段,加料段采用单头螺纹结构,熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,挤出段采用混炼型结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的螺杆,其特征在于所述熔融段的长度为加料段或混炼段的1.5~2倍。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的螺杆,其特征在于所述挤出段的螺纹采用齿轮结构。
4、根据权利要求3所述的螺杆,其特征在于所述螺杆的长径比为34。
