本实用新型公开了一种能够很好定位固定的锂离子电池正、负极片叠层工装。本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现,所述工装包括“工”字形底板,所述底板上部固定极片上围板,极片上围板顶部两端分别与正、负极耳形状相适应,所述底板下部固定极片下围板。利用本实用新型将正、负极片和隔膜依次叠放于极片上围板和极片下围板内,将正、负极耳嵌于极片上围板顶部两端进行定位,利用“工”字形底板中间的空间使用夹子一类的固定工具将极组固定后取出,有效避免了极片之间发生错位。

本实用新型涉及锂离子生产设备领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种锂离子电池正、负极片叠层工装。
背景技术
锂离子生产中正、负极片通过隔膜隔离层层叠加引出正、负极耳,层叠后的正、负极片组无法固定,移动过程中容易出现错位,导致内部短路而无法正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能够很好定位固定的锂离子电池正、负极片叠层工装。
本实用新型锂离子电池正、负极片叠层工装,通过下述技术方案予以实现,所述工装包括“工”字形底板,所述底板上部固定极片上围板,极片上围板顶部两端分别与正、负极耳形状相适应,所述底板下部固定极片下围板。
利用本实用新型将正、负极片和隔膜依次叠放于极片上围板和极片下围板内,将正、负极耳嵌于极片上围板顶部两端进行定位,利用“工”字形底板中间的空间使用夹子一类的固定工具将极组固定后取出,有效避免了极片之间发生错位。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型工装包括“工”字形底板1,所述底板上部固定极片上围板2,极片上围板顶部两端4和5分别与正、负极耳形状相适应,所述底板下部固定极片下围板3。
使用时将正、负极片和隔膜依次叠放于极片上围板和极片下围板内,将正、负极耳嵌于极片上围板顶部两端进行定位,利用“工”字形底板中间的空间使用夹子一类的固定工具将极组固定后取出。
