背景技术
500kV线路可控避雷针是为增加500kV架空输电线路的防雷效果,在实际应用时,需要固定在架空输电线路铁塔的横担或架空地线支架上。但是目前缺乏可控避雷针与架空输电线路铁塔的横担或架空地线支架上的安装设备,可控避雷针的防雷效果也不能满足500kV架空输电线路的防雷需求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决可控避雷针在架空输电线路铁塔上的安装问题,以使可控避雷针达到最佳避雷效果,满足500kV架空输电线路的防雷需求,提供了一种500kV线路可控避雷针安装底座。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:500kV线路可控避雷针安装底座,包括上、下两端分别固定有可控避雷针安装板和底板的支柱,以及用于实现底板与架空输电线路铁塔支架固定的紧固件,可控避雷针安装板和底板相互平行,并与支柱垂直。
使用时,将安装底座垂直立于架空输电线路铁塔的横担或架空地线支架上,通过紧固件将安装底座的底板与架空输电线路铁塔的横担或架空地线支架固定,然后将500kV线路可控避雷针通过螺栓与可控避雷针安装板固定即可。
本实用新型采用支柱结构提高了可控避雷针的设置高度,与直接将可控避雷针固定在架空输电线路铁塔支架上相比,有效提高了可控避雷针的屏蔽范围和防雷效果。并且本实用新型结构简单,易于运输,组装方便,安全合理。

具体实施方式
500kV线路可控避雷针安装底座,包括上、下两端分别固定有可控避雷针安装板1和底板2的支柱3,以及用于实现底板2与架空输电线路铁塔支架4固定的紧固件5,可控避雷针安装板1和底板2相互平行,并与支柱3垂直。
具体实施时,支柱3采用

的钢管,具体高度根据可控避雷针7的实际安装要求而定;可控避雷针安装板1和底板2采用10mm×200mm钢板;为了提高安装底座的强度、稳定性,支柱3与可控避雷针安装板1、底板2之间设置有加强筋6;另外,紧固件5可采用结构很多,例如:如图2所示,以多根长短不一的∠60×6角钢,通过螺栓以夹固方式实现底板与铁塔支架的固定,等等。

1、一种500kV线路可控避雷针安装底座,其特征在于:包括上、下两端分别固定有可控避雷针安装板(1)和底板(2)的支柱(3),以及用于实现底板(2)与架空输电线路铁塔支架(4)固定的紧固件(5),可控避雷针安装板(1)和底板(2)相互平行,并与支柱(3)垂直。
