本实用新型是油田抽油井用的机械装置,特别是一种抽油杆自动扶正防磨器。
背景技术:
在油田抽油***中,抽油杆和油管有相对的接触运动,抽油杆与油管之间必然存在着摩擦,出现抽油杆偏磨油管的问题,产生偏磨后使油管和抽油杆不能使用,造成油井作业,油井免修期短,增加作业费用,增加杆管消耗,油井停产时间多,减少原油产量。采油技术上常采用抽油杆扶正器来解决油管和抽油杆偏磨的问题。现有的抽油杆扶正器的扶正套为圆柱形,一方面与油管内壁接触面积小,正压力大,磨损快,另一方面过流面积小,增大油流阻力,使抽油杆下行困难造成抽油杆弯曲,加剧磨损。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抽油杆自动扶正防磨器,使其与油管内壁接触面积大,不容易磨损,过流面积大,油流阻力小。
本实用新型是这样实现的:由上接头、扶正杆组成,上接头与扶正杆上部联接,异形扶正套套装在扶正杆上,异形扶正套截面为椭圆形。
扶正杆上套装轴承,轴承处于异形扶正套两端。
异形扶正套大圆弧面的半径与配套的油管内壁半径相近。
扶正杆下部联接下接头。
本实用新型的有益效果是:异形扶正套可以旋转,截面为椭圆形,大圆弧面的半径与配套的油管内壁半径相近,抽油时大圆弧面自动与油管内壁接触,因此,接触面积大,正压力小,可以减轻磨损,异形扶正套的横截面面积小,过流面积大,油流阻力小,抽油杆下行时弯曲程度减轻,也可以减轻磨损,延长油井生产周期。

由上接头1、轴承2、异形扶正套3、扶正杆4、下接头5组成,上接头1与扶正杆4上部联接,异形扶正套3套装在扶正杆4上,异形扶正套3截面为椭圆形。扶正杆4上套装轴承2,轴承2处于异形扶正套3两端,轴承2的作用是减轻异形扶正套3的旋转阻力。异形扶正套3大圆弧面的半径与配套的油管内壁半径相近,增大与油管内壁的接触面积。扶正杆4下部联接下接头5。
异形扶正套3可以在扶正杆4上旋转,保证大圆弧面与油管内壁接触。
