Abstract

一种低噪音大风量轴流风机,属非变容泵技术领域,用于解决节能降噪问题。其技术方案是,它包括壳体、轮毂及机翼形叶片,所述叶片的几何形状由其截面的几何形状和截面的空间位置确定:以六个不同半径的以叶片的转动轴为轴线的圆柱面截割叶片,在每个截面展开平面内以截面前端为原点建立直角坐标系,根据各截面外缘上相应点的坐标值确定截面的几何形状;将直角坐标系的原点移植叶片浆根中轴线上,且其Y轴平行于叶片转动轴,X轴与截割叶片的圆柱面相切,根据各截面绕直角坐标系的原点顺时针转角以及转动后向X轴反向位移A、向Y轴正方向位移H的值确定截面的空间位置。本实用新型效率高、风量大、静压高、噪声低、重量轻,适于在各行各业使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种在石化、冶金、电力等行业的空冷器、冷却塔中使用的轴流风机,属非变容泵技术领域。
背景技术
轴流风机是将原动机输入的机械能转变为气体动能和压力能的机械,广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力,交通运输等行业以及大型宾馆、商厦的空冷器,空冷气流冷凝器,换热器,空气调节和通风换气装置中,其效率和工作噪声主要决定于其叶片结构。目前,国内空冷器、冷却塔所用风机的最高全压效率一般为85%,声压级噪声水平小于等于85dB(A)。对轴流风机的叶片结构进行改进,进一步提高轴流风机的效率并降低其工作噪声,是这类风机研究的目标。
发明内容
本实用新型用于克服现有技术的缺陷、提供一种结构合理,高效节能的低噪音大风量轴流风机。
本实用新型所称问题是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种低噪音大风量轴流风机,包括壳体、轮毂以及设置于轮毂周围的机翼形叶片,所述叶片的几何形状由其截面的几何形状和截面的空间位置确定:

各截面展开平面内的直角坐标系的原点位于叶片浆根中轴线上,且其Y轴平行于叶片转动轴,X轴与截割叶片的圆柱面相切时,各截面绕直角坐标系的原点顺时针转角φ以及转动后向X轴反向位移A、向Y轴正方向位移H的值为:

上述低噪音大风量轴流风机,所述叶片为空心体。
上述低噪音大风量轴流风机,所述叶片切面的相对厚度沿叶片长度是逐渐变化的。叶尖截面的最大厚度相对于叶尖截面的最大弦长是13%,整个叶片最大弦长处截面的最大厚度相对其截面的最大弦长是17%。
本实用新型对传统轴流风机的叶片结构进行了改进,使之更加合理。采用机翼形叶片可以防止叶片高速旋转时其表面气流形成较大的涡流,从而降低了涡流噪声,提高了轴流风机的效率;叶片采用中空结构,可以提高叶片的刚度和强度,减轻叶片的重量,减小高速旋转时的形变,使风机运行更加平稳。同传统轴流风机相比,本实用新型效率高、风量大、静压高、噪声低、重量轻,适于在各行各业使用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型根据气动学原理,结合风机使用的工况条件,设计出了效率最佳的风机空芯薄壁翼型叶片,从而达到了提高风机冷却效率和节约能源的目的。风机叶尖速度为52m/s,风机噪声≤80db。经对比试验表明,本实用新型与同类风机相比,风量大、噪声小、全压效率高。在相同的风量风压下能节电20%以上,节能效果非常明显。
参看图2、图3、图4,本实用新型的叶片4的几何形状由六个截面的几何形状和截面的空间位置确定,每个叶片截面的几何形状由参数x、Y1、Y2的值确定,六个截面分别是由六个不同半径(R=99.7mm,134.7mm,234.7mm,334.7mml,34.7mm,500mm)的以叶片的转动轴为轴线的圆柱面截割叶片得到的。将每个截面展开,以截面前端(与前缘对应的点)为原点建立直角坐标系,根据本实用新型给出的多个x、Y1、Y2的值可确定截面轮廓线上的多个点,将这些点由光滑曲线连接即可得到截面的轮廓线。
将某截面的直角坐标系原点移至叶片浆根中轴线OP上,使其Y轴平行于叶片转动轴,X轴与截得该截面的圆柱面相切,然后将该截面绕坐标系原点顺时针旋转一个角度φ,再将该截面向左平移A,向上平移H,如图4,即可得到该截面的空间位置。最后将六个截面的轮廓线用光滑的曲面连接起来就得到了整个叶片的形状。按照上述参数,或者将上述参数以几何相似比例放大或缩小而生产的叶片同样具有降低噪音,增加风量的效果,故均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、一种低噪音大风量轴流风机,包括壳体(8)、轮毂(7)以及设置于轮毂周围的机翼形叶片(4),其特征是,所述叶片(4)的几何形状由其截面的几何形状和截面的空间位置确定:
