技术领域
本实用新型属于一种变压器,具体是用于配电网上具有载波通讯远程测控功能的变压器。
背景技术
目前,10kv配电网上使用的变压器,其监测和控制均通过外接的测控装置和专用通讯线路完成,结构和接线复杂,元器件多,投资大;户外设备在恶劣环境中还容易出现故障。因此,需要对其进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提出一种10kv载波测控一体化智能变压器,该变压器将测控和通讯装置与变压器合为一体,采用电力线路载波通讯不需要架设专用通讯线路;安装调试检测方便快捷,运行稳定可靠,故障率小。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:10kv载波测控一体化智能变压器,设有变压器,其特征在于:所述变压器为10kv变压器,还设有测控装置,该测控装置由10kv载波通信耦合模块和载波通信测控模块构成;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块由10kv耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器组成;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块的输入端与变压器10kv线路接线端连接,其输出端与载波通信模板连接;所述载波通信测控装置由载波通信模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述电源模板与变压器低压输出端连接;所述测控模板与温度传感器连接,并与测控接口连接。
本实用新型设置了小型化耦合滤波装置和载波通讯测控模块,电路连接优化、简化,整合装入变压器壳体内,与变压器形成一体,具有简捷、智能、实用,无需架设专用通讯线路,通过电力线路载波通讯对变压器的运行温度、电压、电流、输出功率等进行远程测控,使得智能变压器在配电网自动化***的安装、调试非常便捷,运行可靠。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明:实施例:参见附图,10kv载波测控一体化智能变压器,设有变压器1,所述变压器为10kv变压器,还设有测控装置4,该测控装置由10kv载波通信耦合模块2和载波通信测控模块3构成;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块由10kv耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器组成,所述载波通信测控模块由载波通信模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述电源模板与变压器低压输出端连接,引入工作电源,同时进行变压器电流电压采样;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块的输入端与变压器10kv线路接线端连接,接入10kv载波通讯通道;其输出端与载波通信模板连接,构成变压器载波通讯通道;所述测控模板与温度传感器5连接,采测变压器温度信号;并与测控接口6连接,进行变压器测控设备的检测和控制。
本实施例经试用效果良好,受到电力部门和用户的好评。

1、一种10kv载波通讯一体化智能变压器,设有变压器(1),其特征在于:所述变压器为10kv变压器,还设有测控装置(4),该测控装置由10kv载波通信耦合模块(2)和载波通信测控模块(3)构成;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块由10kv耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器组成;所述10kv载波通信耦合模块的输入端与变压器10kv线路接线端连接,其输出端与载波通信模板连接;所述载波通信测控装置由载波通信模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述电源模板与变压器低压输出端连接;所述测控模板与温度传感器(5)连接,并与测控接口(6)连接。
