集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,属于汽车零部件装置。传统ABS转速感应机构存在由于转速传感器感应面和齿圈容易被泥沙等杂质覆盖而导致感应失效的缺陷。本实用新型采用将转速感应机构和轮毂轴承单元集成,轮毂轴承单元的轴承外圈设置通孔,通孔中安装转速传感器,齿圈套装于轴承内圈,齿圈的齿顶面和转速传感器的感应面相对,使感应机构的齿圈和转速传感器感应面位于轴承内部密封环境内,免受泥沙等杂质的覆盖影响,使ABS感应机构能正常工作。

技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车零部件领域,尤其与一种集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元有关。
背景技术
ABS(防抱死制动***)通过作为信号源的转速感应机构不断检测各车轮的转速,由计算机算出当时的车轮滑移率,并与理想的滑移率相比较,做出增大或减小制动器制动压力的决定,命令执行机构及时调整制动压力,以保持车轮处于理想制动状态。传统ABS的转速感应机构包括转速传感器和齿圈,一般安装在万向节球笼或传动轴上,齿圈和转速传感器感应面容易被泥沙等杂质覆盖,导致感应失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是要克服上述ABS转速感应机构存在的感应容易失效的缺陷,提供一种能保护ABS转速感应机构并能使ABS灵敏感应车轮转速的集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,包括轴承、罩盖和具有轴承安装轴的法兰盘,轴承的内圈固定套装于法兰盘的轴承安装轴上,罩盖与轴承的外圈固定,其特征是,所述的轴承的外圈上设置有贯通内外壁的通孔,通孔上安装有转速传感器,所述的轴承的内圈上固定套装有齿圈,齿圈齿顶面与转速传感器感应面相对。
本实用新型使用时,法兰盘与车轮固定,轴承外圈安装于车身底盘羊角上与车身固定,汽车行进时,齿圈随车轮转动,转速传感器感应齿圈的转速,从而感应到车轮的转速,然后将感应信号输送到计算机。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善,本实用新型还包括以下技术特征:
所述的通孔内壁与所述的转速传感器之间设置有密封圈,起密封作用。
所述的转速传感器与轴承外圈的外壁之间设置有垫片,用于调节转速传感器的***深度来改变感应面与齿圈齿顶面之间的距离,从而调节转速传感器的感应强度。
所述的通孔的中心线与轴承的轴线成一锐角,齿圈齿顶面与齿圈轴线成一锐角,使齿圈齿顶面与转速传感器感应面相对,通过移动齿圈的轴承内圈上的位置可以改变齿顶面与感应面的间距,从而调节转速传感器的感应强度。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:通过将ABS感应机构与轮毂轴承单元集成,使感应机构的齿圈和转速传感器感应面位于轴承内部密封环境内,免受泥沙等杂质的覆盖影响,使ABS感应机构正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型采用集成式,包括轴承2、罩盖5和具有轴承安装轴的法兰盘1,轴承2的内圈固定套装于法兰盘1的轴承安装轴上,罩盖5与轴承2的外圈固定;轴承2的外圈上设置有贯通内外壁的通孔,该通孔的中心线与轴承2的轴线成一锐角,通孔上安装有转速传感器3,轴承2的内圈上固定套装有齿圈4,齿圈4的齿顶面与轴线成一锐角,齿圈4的齿顶面与转速传感器3的感应面相对组成ABS的感应机构;所述的通孔内壁与转速传感器3之间设置有密封圈6,转速传感器3与轴承2外圈的外壁之间设置有垫片7。
本实用新型使用时,法兰盘1与车轮固定,轴承2外圈安装于车身底盘羊角上与车身固定,汽车行进时,齿圈4随车轮转动,转速传感器3感应齿圈4的转速,从而感应到车轮的转速,然后将感应信号输送到计算机。

1、集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,包括轴承(2)、罩盖(5)和具有轴承安装轴的法兰盘(1),轴承(2)的内圈固定套装于法兰盘(1)的轴承安装轴上,罩盖(5)与轴承(2)的外圈固定,其特征在于:所述的轴承(2)的外圈上设置有贯通内外壁的通孔,通孔上安装有转速传感器(3),所述的轴承(2)的内圈上固定套装有齿圈(4),齿圈(4)的齿顶面与转速传感器(3)的感应面相对。
2、根据权利要求1所述的集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的通孔内壁与所述的转速传感器(3)之间设置有密封圈(6)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的转速传感器(3)与轴承(2)外圈的外壁之间设置有垫片(7)。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的集成传感器式汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的通孔的中心线与轴承(2)的轴线成一锐角,齿圈(4)的齿顶面与齿圈(4)的轴线成一锐角,齿圈(4)的齿顶面与转速传感器(3)的感应面相对。
