Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种宫颈刷，包括芯杆、套管和刮条，套管外设有护筒，该护筒可沿套管外壁作轴向滑动，刮条由弹性刷骨和刷毛组成，弹性刷骨两端分别与套管头端和芯杆头连接，芯杆末端设有控制螺母，刮条可弯曲。利用本实用新型取样时，刷头在进出宫颈管过程中，始终受到护筒保护，不易沾染杂物，保证了取样和检查的准确性。

本实新用型属于医疗器械技术领域，具体是涉及一种妇科检查用子宫颈刷。
背景技术
临床上，子宫颈刷广泛应用于妇科疾病的检查，现有的子宫颈刷，刷头多为固定形状，且外部没有防护装置，取样时刷头容易沾染杂物，影响取样的准确性和检查效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种刷头不易污染，取样准确的子宫颈刷。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括芯杆、套管和刮条，其结构特点是套管外设有护筒，该护筒可沿套管外壁作轴向滑动，刮条由弹性刷骨和刷毛组成，弹性刷骨两端分别与套管头端和芯杆头连接，芯杆末端设有控制螺母。
设在套管头端和芯杆头间的刮条由4根组成。
控制螺母外端的芯杆上还设有固定螺母。
由于本实用新型套管外设有可沿其外壁轴向滑动的护筒，套管头端和芯杆头间的刮条设有弹性刷骨，可以弯曲，通常刮条为直条状，且位于护筒内。取样时，宫颈刷***宫颈管并到达取样部位后，再向后拉动护筒，使刮条暴露，然后旋转控制螺母，向后拉动芯杆，使刮条弯曲成弧形，这时转动套管，刮条也随即转动而进行细胞取样。取样后，调整控制螺母使芯杆前移，刮条重新成直条，然后向前推动护筒，使刮条位于护筒内，这样，刷头在进出宫颈管过程中，始终受到护筒保护，不易沾染杂物，保证了取样和检查的准确性。

参照附图，本实用新型包括芯杆1、套管2和刮条4，套管2外设有护筒3，该护筒3可沿套管2外壁作轴向滑动，套管2头端和芯杆头5间设有4根刮条4，刮条4由弹性刷骨和刷毛组成，弹性刷骨两端分别与套管2头端和芯杆头5连接，芯杆1的末端设有螺纹段，芯杆1上设有控制螺母6和固定螺母7。

1、一种宫颈刷，包括芯杆(1)、套管(2)和刮条(4)，其特征在于套管(2)外设有护筒(3)，该护筒(3)可沿套管(2)外壁作轴向滑动，刮条(4)由弹性刷骨和刷毛组成，弹性刷骨两端分别与套管(2)头端和芯杆头(5)连接，芯杆(1)末端设有控制螺母(6)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的宫颈刷，其特征在于设在套管(2)头端和芯杆头(5)间的刮条(4)由4根组成。
3、按照权利要求1所述的宫颈刷，其特征在于控制螺母(6)外端的芯杆(1)上还设有固定螺母(7)。
