本实用新型涉及数控机床领域，具体涉及一种组合砂轮结构。
(二)背景技术
光伏行业是最近几年发展起来的新兴行业，其对多晶硅、单晶硅的需求量是逐渐增大，对多晶硅、单晶硅的磨削精度要求越来越高，现有数控机床的切削砂轮，砂轮表面磨削层的砂粒数量均衡一致，所以磨削过程中就没有粗磨和精磨之分，工件表面的磨削精度低，不能满足多晶硅、单晶硅加工精度的要求，且加工效率低。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种组合砂轮结构，其能提高加工工件磨削精度，且加工效率高。
其技术方案是这样的，其包括平行砂轮机体，其特征在于：所述平行砂轮机体的砂轮层分隔成粗磨砂轮层和精磨砂轮层。
其进一步特征在于：所述粗磨砂轮层和所述精磨砂轮层沿着砂轮进给方向依次安装在所述平行砂轮机体的圆周面。
使用本实用新型结构的组合砂轮对多晶硅、单晶硅进行磨削加工，能有效提高磨削加工精度，并能大大提高加工效率。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1，本实用新型包括平行砂轮机体1，平行砂轮机体1的砂轮层分隔成粗磨砂轮层2和精磨砂轮层3，粗磨砂轮层2和精磨砂轮层3沿着砂轮进给方向依次安装在平行砂轮机体1的表面。
工作时，当工件进入砂轮磨削区后，先被粗磨砂轮层2磨削，然后被精磨砂轮层3磨削，从而完成对工件的磨削加工，由于粗磨、精磨是在同一个砂轮机体上一次性完成，故其磨削精度好，加工效率高。本实用新型结构中，粗磨砂轮层2的砂层颗粒较少，精磨砂轮层3的砂层颗粒较多。

1、一种组合砂轮结构，其包括平行砂轮机体，其特征在于：所述平行砂轮机体的砂轮层分隔成粗磨砂轮层和精磨砂轮层。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种组合砂轮结构，其特征在于：所述粗磨砂轮层和所述精磨砂轮层沿着砂轮进给方向依次安装在所述平行砂轮机体的圆周面。
