人们在日常生活中使用的椅子，尤其是办公室内常见的升降椅一般都设有一供头部抵靠休息的头枕。但是，目前市场上见到的头枕其高度和角度无法自由调节，对于同一张椅子，不同的使用者无法根据自身的需要将头枕调至于适合自己的舒适高度和角度，使用起来颇为不便，有必要予以进一步的改进。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的即在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种高度和角度可调的头枕。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的头枕包括有底座、支架、以及海绵垫，其中，海绵垫固定在底座前端，支架位于底座后端，另外，底座和支架之间还设有一活动件，支架与活动件铰接在一起，活动件则通过滑块与开设在底座背面的纵向滑槽配合。
所述的支架上端两侧分别与活动件两端铰接，下端则设有与椅子靠背相连的连接件。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：由于支架与活动件铰接在一起，且活动件与底座滑动连接，因此，使用者可根据需要自由地调节头枕的高度和角度，达到最舒适的效果，非常方便。

1.一种高度和角度可调的头枕，它包括有底座(10)、支架(20)、以及海绵垫(30)，其中，海绵垫(30)固定在底座(10)前端，支架(20)位于底座(10)后端，其特征在于：底座(10)和支架(20)之间还设有一活动件(40)，支架(20)与活动件(40)铰接在一起，活动件(40)则通过滑块(41)与开设在底座(10)背面的纵向滑槽(11)配合。
