技术领域
本实用新型属于一种杀灭大棚土壤病菌害虫的设备，具体地说是一种大棚土壤高温灭菌杀虫消毒烘箱。
背景技术
大棚是现代农业的重要基础设施，大棚生产是现代农业生产的重要方法。人们在各种大棚内生产蔬菜、水果等产品，满足了人类生活的需要。这同时也使大棚土壤中产生了各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫。细菌、病毒和地下害虫严重的危害了大棚内的农产品生产，使得农产品产量减少、品质降低。随着保护地蔬菜种植规模的不断扩大，由于作物连作种植造成土传病虫害特别是土壤根结线虫病的危害呈现蔓延的趋势，导致蔬菜大面积减产甚至绝收。现在人们通常使用化学药剂来杀灭大棚土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫，例如用呋喃丹、甲拌磷、神农丹(涕灭威)等高毒农药以及阿维菌素、甲壳素、溴乙烷等多种方法防治病虫危害，还有的用氰氨化钙进行土壤消毒处理，一直难以取得较好的防治效果。所有的化学药剂处理土壤都会带来农药在土壤中的残留，给农业生产带来影响。由于土壤是一个庞大的同时又是一个紧密联系的载体，人们无法使得化学药剂在土壤中均匀分散，无法达到理想的灭菌杀虫效果。土壤中的细菌、病毒、地下害虫可以在土壤中移动，给彻底杀灭土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫带来了困难。如何杀灭土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫已成为现代农业科学技术中的一个世界性难题。本发明人致力于用物理方法杀灭土壤细菌、病毒和地下害虫的研究，历时十多年，取得显著成效。已先后取得ZL02135274.7、ZL 02214637.7、ZL 02268439.5、ZL 03215944.7四项专利，李玉玲等也获得ZL 200720025154.1专利，这些专利技术多是使用高温蒸汽杀灭土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫的方法和设备，设备体积大，成本高，使用不方便。现在本人经过多年的实验和研究，将以前的各项专利做了进一步改进，发明了一种新的大棚土壤高温灭菌杀虫消毒烘箱，达到了设备成本低、价格便宜、灭菌杀虫操作方便的效果，尤其适用于在大棚生产中大面积推广。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种设备成本低、价格便宜、灭菌杀虫操作方便适用于在大棚生产中大面积推广的大棚土壤高温灭菌杀虫消毒烘箱。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
大棚土壤高温灭菌杀虫消毒烘箱，由炉篦、燃料组成，在燃料的上部和后部有热风管、热风管设有热风孔，热风孔与热风室相连，在烘箱的下部有耙齿。
炉篦的下部灰斗。
炉篦下部的箱体外设有鼓风机。
在箱体的前部有连接杆。
热风管上设有温度计。
本实用新型的要点在于：燃料燃烧产生的热空气经热风管、热风孔、热风室，通过耙齿耙沟进入土壤，由于耙沟的作用，使热空气在土中分散，从而杀灭土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫。
本实用新型的设计要点在于：保证烘箱燃料燃烧产生出的高温气体顺利进入土壤，达到杀灭效果。所以要求通道阻力小，热风管要大，热风孔直径要大。同时在热风管上设有温度计，以便保证高温。还要求结构尽量简单，结构越少，阻力越小，杀灭细菌、害虫效果越好。结构简单是本实用新型的特征，也是本实用新型不同于其它专利的实质性特点。
本实用新型使用方法简单：先用旋耕机旋耕大棚内土壤；然后将本实用新型与索引机械相连。点燃烘箱内的燃料，启动鼓风机；发动索引机械前进，烘箱内产生的高温气体便流向土壤，起到杀灭土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫的效果。
本实用新型具有如下优点：1.结构简单、设备体积小、操作方便；2.可使用煤炭，燃料成本便宜；3.高温气体瞬间即可将土壤中的各种细菌、病毒和地下害虫杀灭，灭菌杀虫效果理想。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，通过具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
钢板制作烘箱箱体，箱内有炉篦(4)，炉篦(4)下部有可以拉出的活动灰斗(1)，箱体外部有鼓风机(2)，鼓风机(2)的上部有与拖拉机相连的连接杆(3)。炉篦(4)的上部有煤炭燃料(5)，燃料(5)的上部有热风管(7)，热风管(7)的一端在烘箱的最前部，另一端在烘箱的尾部与耙相连，热风管(7)的直径前边大，后边小。在热风管(7)的上部设有温度计，热风管(7)的下边管壁上开有若干热风孔(9)。高温气体由热风孔(9)进入热气室(8)。在烘箱的最下部有靶，靶上有耙齿(10)，耙齿(10)的移动产生耙沟，热气室(8)的高温气体由耙沟进入土壤，达到灭菌杀虫效果。本大棚土壤高温灭菌杀虫消毒烘箱长85厘米，宽100厘米，高85厘米，由小四轮拖拉机索引。烘箱内加满煤炭，可给一个1000平方米的大棚进行土壤处理。大棚土壤处理后，对土壤补充有机质堆肥，菜籽饼等有机肥料；补充硼、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、钼、硒等微量元素；补充固氮菌、光合菌、酵素菌等有益菌株，恢复土壤肥力和活性。定植后的农作物生长期内无病虫害。保证了有机农产品的生产。
