Description

一种新型大功率LED烛型灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种作为装饰光源(Candelabra)使用的烛型灯,尤指一种新型大功率LED烛型灯。
背景技术
传统的Candelabra装饰光源一般是为普通的白炽灯,具有如下缺点:
1、灯管发热大,其寿命短;
2、光电效率比较低,耗电量大,不节能,不环保。
LED光源是一种新兴的半导体照明光源,低电压使用,体积小,安全可控,具有很高的发光效率;如用大功率LED光源做应用于传统装饰光源的替代光源会有更好更广阔的前景:LED使用寿命长,可达3-5万小时;低压直流驱动,安全可控;光电输出效率高,可以达到80LM/W;加上LED本身不需要使用对环境有害的金属汞,更加环保。由于LED光源具有的各种优越特性,现已开始研制以其作为照明及装饰光源的使用,未来利用LED光源做照明和装饰光源将是一个可预期乐观的发展方向。
但目前大功率LED光源的发光亮度还有待提高、成本也有待降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种环保、节能、长寿命的新型大功率LED烛型灯,采用新型的结构设计可有效提高发光亮度、LED的散热能力及抗震强度,发光更均匀、亮度更高。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案:
一种新型大功率LED烛型灯,它包括:
一个大功率LED灯源及其驱动电路;
一热沉,上端设供大功率LED灯源连接单元;
一基座,上部可支撑热沉组件;
所述的LED灯源拧在热沉上,其两极与驱动电路板的对应控制端电连通;通过一灯罩将LED灯源与热沉的组合体扣在基座内。
为使用安装方便,它还可配备一标准灯头,标准灯头与基座的下部连接。

本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯的散热设计主要是由金属材质的热沉实现,可保证LED在恒定的温度下工作。
电路输入80~240VAC,恒流输出驱动大功率LED,使其发光稳定,无频闪。
基座可采用通过美国UL认证的塑料材质制作,阻燃、安全,亦可采用其他的阻燃材质。
本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯(Candel abra)提供了一种环保、节能、长寿命、响应时间快的装饰用光源。
本实用新型的优点是:
(1)采用本实用新型大功率LED作为光源,不损坏被照物;
(2)LED为冷光源,寿命较长,故本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯故障率较低,减少了维修的成本;
(3)功耗低,可节约电力;
(4)LED光源色彩的可多样性,使本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯可根据使用需要呈现其相应的颜色,较现有传统的白炽灯装饰光源比拓宽了颜色的选用范围;
(5)由于连接件选用通用的标准灯头,使用更方便,适合宾馆、酒店等多种场所的装饰用光源;
(6)对UL阻燃塑料外壳设计,对电路及器件部分可起到更好的保护作用,标准灯具安装结构,方便使用;
(7)采用美国UL认证的材料制作加工部件,安全性能较高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯主要部件包括:一灯罩1、一LED灯源2、一热沉3、一塑料基座4、一标准灯头5及驱动LED灯源的电路板(图中未示出,置于塑料基座4与标准灯头5间区域内)。
如图2所示,本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯的灯罩1可采用透明材质制成,呈烛型为佳,这样与火苗的形态相呼应,类同一个火炬,更具时尚意义。
参见图3,所述的热沉3可采用金属材质制作的花瓣型散热结构体(带有花瓣体302)形式,利于更好的散热,在热沉3的上端可以供LED灯源连接单元,本实施例中,供LED灯源连接单元可以是内设安装大功率LED灯源用的螺纹口301。
参见图4,塑料基座4的作用是承上启下,本实施例中,该塑料基座4的结构造型上部呈杯状,上内口边缘有支撑台401,并配有一组用于支撑热沉组件的托块402,下部为与标准灯头实现连接的卡头403。塑料基座可采用通过美国UL认证的UL阻燃部件制作为佳,阻燃、安全。
如图5,所述的标准灯头5可采用现通用的E12灯头,直接拧在塑料基座4的卡头403上即可配套使用。
所述的大功率LED灯源拧在热沉上,其两极与驱动电路板的对应控制端电连通;通过灯罩1将其组合体扣在杯状塑料基座4内。
本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯的LED灯源可选用功率大于等于1PCS 1W,本实施例中选用了功率为1PCS 1W的LED灯源,LED的发光角度选在360/275度蝴蝶型光形,由于该LED角度较大,可满足发光均匀的效果。且由金属材质的热沉散热,保证了LED在恒定的温度下工作。
本实用新型LED灯源的驱动电路一实施例参见图5,此电路110VAC输入,经整流桥整流,电容及电感滤波后进入芯片,经芯片可输出320MA的恒流。电路中选用了高亮度LED驱动器芯片U1 HV9910,HV9910是一个高效PWM LED驱动器控制集成电路,可以恒流驱动LED,效率极高,适合驱动从1个至数百个LED的群组,故应用驱动本实用新型LED灯源极为合适。使得本实用新型的电路性能:1)输出稳定:当输入110V AC电压时能提供稳定的320mA恒流输出,使得新型大功率LED烛型灯发光稳定,无频闪。2)可靠性高:经高温高湿等可靠性试验后,电路性能稳定。此驱动电路体积小,能够满足在有限空间内装配的要求。当然,也可选用其他型号的LED驱动器芯片等效替换,此处不再一一列举。
本实用新型大功率LED烛型灯是一种环保、节能、长寿命、响应时间快的装饰用光源。
在驱动电路板上涂有三防漆层。
本实用新型新型大功率LED烛型灯制作时:先将大功率LED灯源拧在热沉上,然后,焊接LED灯源的恒流驱动电子板组件,在焊接完毕后,装入塑料座并用螺钉固定热沉与塑料座,将电路板置于塑料座内部,再组装E12灯头并焊接,之后胶粘组装玻璃壳。
根据所用大功率LED角度、颜色及亮度等参数的不同,可以制作出不同效果的LED灯源(Dynasty Channel Letter),可以满足各种不同环境及顾客要求的使用。可以根据顾客的特殊要求做出相应的特殊设计,如所述构成LED色区、亮度的变化、安装方式的变化、输入电压条件的变化。

1、一种新型大功率LED烛型灯,其特征在于它包括:
一个大功率LED灯源及其驱动电路;
一热沉,上端设供大功率LED灯源连接单元;
一基座,上部可支撑热沉组件;
所述的LED灯源拧在热沉上,其两极与驱动电路板的对应控制端电连通;通过一灯罩将LED灯源与热沉的组合体扣在基座内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型大功率LED烛型灯,其特征在于它还包括:一标准灯头;基座的下部与标准灯头连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型大功率LED烛型灯,其特征在于:所述的大功率LED选用1PCS1W大功率LED。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型大功率LED烛型灯,其特征在于:所述的热沉为花瓣型散热结构金属材质体。
5、根据权利要求1所述的新型大功率LED烛型灯,其特征在于:所述的大功率LED灯源采用发光角度是360/275度蝴蝶型光形的LED。
6、根据权利要求1所述的新型LED烛型灯,其特征在于:在驱动电路板上涂三防漆层。
