本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由筷子和刀叉组成的中西两用餐具，其特征是：在传统的两支筷子头部，分别设置一西餐叉子和一西餐刀子。使用时国人可作筷子使用，也可学习使用刀、叉，西人可作刀叉使用，也可学习使用筷子，十分方便。
