Abstract

一种带错位注液孔的蓄电池盖,属铅酸蓄电池的制造技术领域,主要由蓄电池盖体(2),置于蓄电池盖体(2)上上下错位排列设置的两排注液孔(1)等构成,错位角α为20~50°。本实用新型设计合理,通过上下排列的注液孔之间的错位设计,使得上下注液孔之间的距离加大,这样电池在内化成工艺时,灌酸漏斗的直径可以加大,高度降低,操作方便、安全(因灌酸漏斗的放置时间为化成工艺的全过程)。同时使蓄电池盖的表面更加美观大方,制成成品蓄电池后不影响外观质量。

本实用新型属铅酸蓄电池的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有狭长型蓄电池盖上的注液孔一般为上下两排直角形等距离设计,因其宽度尺寸较小,所以上下注液孔之间的位置较紧,如果电池的制造采用内化成工艺,那么其灌酸漏斗的直径就受到限制,灌酸漏斗细又高,操作困难而且容易倾倒,造成酸液污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,能适应蓄电池内化成生产工艺要求的带错位注液孔的蓄电池盖。
本实用新型为带错位注液孔的蓄电池盖,包括蓄电池盖体,置于蓄电池盖体上上下排列的两排注液孔,其特征在于上下排列的注液孔之间为错位设置,其错位角α为20~50°。
本实用新型设计合理,通过上下排列的注液孔之间的错位设计,使得上下注液孔之间的距离加大,这样电池在内化成工艺时,灌酸漏斗的直径可以加大,高度降低,操作方便、安全(因灌酸漏斗的放置时间为化成工艺的全过程)。同时使蓄电池盖的表面更加美观大方,制成成品蓄电池后不影响外观质量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型主要由蓄电池盖体2,置于蓄电池盖体2上上下错位排列设置的两排注液孔1等构成,错位角α为20~50°。从附图1和2的比较可以看出,在使用错位注液孔1设计后,其灌酸漏斗的直径和高度都有较大的改变:本实用新型相邻注液孔1之间的距离L2为现有蓄电池盖中注液孔1之间距离L1的一倍,这意味着漏斗的直径可以扩大一倍,同样灌酸漏斗的高度可大幅度降低。
