背景技术
在本实用新型作出以前,以往适用于胶布齿轮轴瓦、导向轮等机械制品零件的材料是由漂布与酚醛树脂模压成型,制成一定厚度的单层绝缘材料。其缺点是强度较低,加工性较差,且不同规格厚度的材料需配备不同的模具才能成型,因此只能适用于少规格大批量绝缘材料的生产。而不适用于多规格小批量绝缘材料的生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种强度高,加工性好,不同规格厚度的绝缘材料用一种设备即可成型的新型酚醛布层压板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型酚醛布层压板,是由5~550层漂布浸以酚醛树脂经热压而成的层压制品。
本实用新型具有高的机械和介电性能,且强度高,加工性好,用一种设备即可成型各种不同规格厚度的绝缘材料。因此适用于多规格小批量绝缘材料的生产。
